C'est notre première expérience de séjour dans le Bamboosa Resort. Je dois compléter Alok et Anil qui ont écouté mes préoccupations concernant la chambre ainsi que l'air sur les problèmes. Il a été imposé de nous appeler à l'entretien et M. Mukesh est venu pour réparer l'aircondition. Il est douloureux de voir que quand j'ai entré votre hôtel, j'avais dit à vous : mon asthme et comment il est devenu pire avec l'hôtel précédent où l'aircon n'était pas fonctionnant correctement et j'ai besoin d'une chambre avec aircondition. Avec ma chance, j'ai une fois de plus une chambre avec un airconditionnement. Le matin suivant, mon asthme était pire et devait appeler mon médecin en Australie pour obtenir de l'aide. J'ai été conseillé d'augmenter mes doses de médicament et d'acheter un autre pour accélérer la récupération. M. Alok et Anil ont changé ma chambre avec un airconditionneur qui fonctionne parfaitement et j'ai été transféré à cette chambre immédiatement. Les hôtels sont à la disposition de grands employés et tout le monde sait comment Tata récompense leurs employés.

Sûrement le pire hôtel que j’ai fréquenté en Inde. Sous des apparences de 5 étoiles, on se retrouve dans un hôtel sans entretien. Tout est usé, cassé, pourri. Ma lampe de chevet ne s’allu***t pas j’ai essayé de trouver le fil de la lampe, les fils étaient arrachés, à nu sur la table de chevet, très dangereux. La climatisation ? Oubliez rapidement, les modules de com***de sont complètement détruits et inutilisables. J’ai réclamé pour changer de chambre, le réceptionniste ne voulait pas et voulait appeler un technicien, à 23h…. J’avoue m’être passablement énervé mais au final j’ai réussi à avoir une autre chambre. Sûrement la pire de l’hôtel… aucune vie, les fenêtres donnaient sur un mur de cour intérieure, juste la où se trouvent les énormes ventilateurs de la climatisation. Bref, 1 point fort, les fenêtres bien isolées m’empêchaient d’entendre le bruit de réacteur de 747 des ventilateurs Service au restaurant totalement chaotique, mais c’est la règle dans tous les hôtels en Inde

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous avez été très confortable. Le personnel de la maison de remise en forme et le service sont très utiles et gentils en nature. Je vous recommande vraiment l'hôtel . Très gentil séjour avec l'hôtel Maanvilas et prendre les services de l'hôtel personnel et la propriété est très propre et précieux. Merci à tout le personnel pour me donner le grand service.
