We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was spotless and felt really clean. There was a lovely bathroom with a big shower with a rain head. The mirror light in the bathroom was great for putting makeup on. They also provided coffee and a toaster as well as other amenities but we never used them. The only negative was that we were on floor 1 and the trams run outside the apar**ent until about midnight and then start at 5am. This meant that most mornings we would wake up to the sound of them and couldn't get back to bed. Apart from that I cannot fault the apar**ent. It was lovely and modern and super affordable. I would stay here again but maybe request a room higher up!

Very good location, easy access to public transport and you are 5 minutes away from the center. clean room but The beds are single and not comfortable at all. they need changes because you are sinking towards the middle.

Nice little apar**ents. Close to the main square. Rooms are clean and tidy and modern. Lovely bathroom. Nice outlook onto street and Planty Park. All access is key coded so felt quite safe. Lift to all floors

Great location and fabulous little apar**ent for our short stay. Very clean, very modern and extremely well equipped this apar**ent was perfect. Excellent location close to park and very close to main square. Great communication with reception, they booked an airport taxi on arrival and we were able to leave our bags at their reception up until pm on a Sunday. I would defintely stay again.

The apar**ent was perfect for our five-day stay in krakow! Located right next to the park leading to old town, everything was at our disposal so conveniently! The spacious appreciate offered everything the guest needs. The bed and sofa were comfortable, the cutlery clean and shiny and the appliances provided were more than welcome! Plenty of soap for the body and liquid for the dishes! An added plus was the cleanliness of the room! We highly recommend the place to all travellers with children or not!!

Doesn’t happen that often that you are completely satisfied about your stay in a Hotel but this is the case. Placed very central this is an apar**ent hotel where everything is provided and the staff is helpful and can assist you from the transfer from the airport to the city to the tours around Krakow. There is a place where definitely I would book it again !

The apar**ent was in the perfect location, just a short walk to the main square via a beautiful park. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. There are a number of amenties nearby, including a coffee shop next door where we enjoyed a lovely brunch/lunch whilst waiting to check in. Only thing I'd change is the bed situation. We booked a double, but got two single mattresses on a double frame. I haven't slept in a single bed in years, so didn't sleep the best. However, overall I would 100% recommend staying here, it was great value and we will definitely be back. Thank you Fragola Apar**ents for a fantastic stay!

Absolutely the best stay in Krakow, the location is perfect, 5 minutes by walk from the central beautiful square. The park which surround the old town is just in front. If you like to walk you can even reach easily the Railways Station, it's not that far. The position is really strategic, everything near, even restaurant if you don't want to go in the main Square you can find near there whatever you want. Room was clean and fresh, with high standards that you see in the biggest hotels, I would say is even better here. Staff is very nice and very reactive and proactive. Very flexible. No need to check-in with a person, you receive everything via mail with codes and you go straight to your room, fantastic. I was very happy with that, and I recommend to go there. The big windows are a big plus, with the snow is a fantastic a**osphere. I think price/quality is excellent.
