Rembrandt Aparthotel

The hotel is in a beautiful place, very close to many restaurants and monuments. Service at a very high level. The receptionist is very polite, with an individual and professional approach to the guest. Rooms clean and well-equipped. I recommend everyone to stay in this amazing place.

I had to cancel my booking because communication with this hotel was TERRIBLE!! They do not respond on your messages, responses I got were only on chosen questions, not on all questions I asked and I got answers 3,4 days after messaging them. They had payment policy up to 3 days befor arrival, I asked to charge my card once because I wanted to use money from 1 bank account, it occured impossible, and when I changed card details to another account I specificly asked not to charge anymore, and I will pay by their regulations 3 days before arrival, but they tried to charge and withraw money every day since!

Lovely apartment. Functional and spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. We were away with two teens and I felt safe leaving them in apartment. However, there isn’t an elevator. If you struggle with stairs, I’d check beforehand.

ATTENTION!!! DON'T BOOK IT!!!! ITS A THIEF!!We've been with the family (4 people) for a long weekend there. On the last day we went shopping, with 3 people one of us was staying in bed. We locked the door with the key and took the key with us ( if you lock the door from outside you still can open it from inside). When we came back the owner came out of our room screaming you were smoking inside you have to pay 500€ and he left, what isn't true .Later we realised that he took golden jewellery from the room (1 watch 1 bracelet 1 necklace 2 rings). When we called hem he started to play a game first we had to go to a koffie shop to pay the money and get the jewellery back later he said we have to leave the money in another shop to get the jewellery back. On the end our Taxi driver (who was waiting for us to bring us to the airport) said call the police so we've done it. Police said already that's not the first time that this has happened in this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter. Due to a late flight we arrived at 2 in the morning but were given a code to gain entry. The room was really fine beds comfy enough. Tea and coffee facilities Netflix a safe a fridge the bathroom was fine.Didnt see 1 member of staff whilst staying there as there wasn't any issues it's just a base for a city break. Location is spot on right near rynek glowny I've been to krakow 3 ti.es and would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

The location is just excellent and quality of the rooms very satisfying. However, be very careful with the owner and ALL terms of reservation, especially with requested deposits. We stayed in the hotel for two nights with a group of 13 persons. We had booked two rooms, for 6 and 8 persons separately. However, when arriving the owner couldn't offer us the rooms booked but gave us rooms for 8, 4 and 2 persons instead, which was not what was booked and not what we wanted. When leaving the hotel, the owner checked the rooms with us and blamed that there was a "bend" in one of the curtains. Due to this he charged 86€ from the pre-paid deposit (what was not mentioned in reservation terms at all). When later on I asked for clarification of the damage in the curtain and a dated receipt of the costs for buying new curtain, the owner was only able to provide a picture of a "new" curtain in a room that couldn't even be identified. I did ask for a dated receipt several times to prove that there really was a need to change the curtain, but never got a reply. The owner was very rude and disrespectful in all the communication we had with him starting with not providing us the rooms we had booked. We also lost 86€ extra money taken from the additional deposit. I am strongly advising all the visitors to carefully take pictures and videos of your rooms in the beginning and also to challnege if there was anything mentioned of requested deposit in the reservation terms.

After having our hotel cancelled 10 days before flying out,we managed to book the Rembrandt and wasn’t disappointed,from walking through the grand entrance into the stunning winding staircase,our room was heated ready for our arrival (minus 6 outside) nice touch 👌,the room had 2 single beds on a mezzanine floor for the kids and 2 single beds for the adults,coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge for the beers 🍺,location perfect 2 minute walk from the old town square,would definitely stay here again and highly recommend,thank you Rembrandt for making our stay a memorable one

Not suggested, was met with disrespect and rude reception. I booked with ********** for 3 person and they tried to charge us extra. They even said cancel ********** and book with him! I ended up canceling and going to a much better hotel. If you don’t want complications I personally wouldn’t suggest this place

Очень удобное расположение отеля! Рядом рыночная площадь Кракова и все основные достопримечательности. Хорошее отношение стоимости и качества! Заселились по кодам, которые владелец отеля своевременно прислал. Проблем не возникло. Единственное, можно сказать, неудобство было с поиском ближайшей парковки. Спасибо владельцу отеля, который прислал ссылки на несколько разных парковок поблизости. Но 20 евро за сутки за парковку это всё таки перебор.
