At lobby looks very clean.. i booked around RM177, however the room was not cleaned. A lot of hairs and trace of paper seen. Looks like room already use by other people. Very upsetting. Not recommended fir value of the money

Arrived at 430pm, rooms not ready, staff said lack of manpower, toilet need to do frosted sticker atleast rather than shower screen that easily get dirty.

First time visit kuantan. Nice hotel with lake view. Location is good a lot of shop and food nearby

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would consider staying again
