Avis : Riveria City near KL Sentral with Sky Infinity Pool by COBNB

This is the worst booking ever. The room is extremely unclean and facilities are poorly maintained. Getting to the location is not the issue, but because this is managed by an external party, COBNB, that rents out rooms for AirBnb and short stays, they do a really a bad job at hosting. There’s a tremendous lack of communication between COBNB and ground staff, and I was denied entry.  My check in was significantly delayed as a result and the ground staff even asked me to pay an additional amount. It feels like extortion.  Upon alerting this issue to them, they claimed that this incident didn’t happen. It’s corrupted in short. If you are prepared for this, you can book this poorly maintained room with faulty devices - faulty hair dryer, heater not working well. Worst of all, you will get a room that overlooks the cemetery. I’m not kidding.  Book at your own risk - this is indeed a room from Hell.

Very nice room for the money. Equipped well. Good use of space. Would rent again

Very new apartment with an amazing swimming pool. The room was very clean. Very close to the Sentral Mall.

環境：這公寓，其實地理位置也勉強可以。沿着河走5分鐘就到地鐵口。但是從中央車站過去導航真的就要好好找找了（主要導航也是很坑）。 服務：辦理入住和退房真是一大bug！出發前就發了一個連結過來説要給壓金200。想着到了酒店前台再弄。結果，沒前台，門口站好幾個小黑，全是所謂公寓的工作人員，等人過來辦入住。這時候才給壓金也沒問題。就是等個幾分鐘。問題這棟樓上面，好幾個公寓名，這些小黑，看着確認單給我也一臉懵的感覺。反正查到壓金給鑰匙。退房才是一絕，我一早就退房，沒小黑，公寓前台不是這公寓的。搞了半天，在發來訊息的一堆英文裏面終於找到如何退房！保安大哥也是盡心盡責，一看我打開郵箱房，就沖過來阻止我～我直接把英文給他看，保安大哥也懵～也沒辦法幫我聯繫公寓小黑。搞了半天，最後鑰匙放郵箱，走人 總結，這公寓這價格還算可以，就是入住和退房就很無語

預訂的人自己留心，這家會發個連結讓你網上付按金，這年頭誰敢，店家的説明裡也不標註，協商退款也拒絕，不過攜程客服挺給力的，幫我爭取了點補償，反正自認倒黴了
