Avis : Hotel WW KL

This hotel was top worst. Lights not working in our room, there was literally Rats in room. When i enter the hotel smell was very strange that also come from room. It was very unhygienic and smelly. I would recommend everyone to avoid this damp smelly hotel

An Unforgettable Experience. This hotel is not eligible to be included in trip.com due to not meet all hospitality standards. Not safe to occupy in terms of hygiene and safety. 1) When you enter the lobby area it is like a drug rehabilitation center. You will see an iron fence covering the hotel area. 2) Hotel employees are neither fluent in Malaysian nor English. 3) Hotel rooms are worn out, dirty and all equipment does not work such as TV, Wifi, Hot water and basic facilities. suggestions: 1) Freeze the Cash term for this hotel and no refund policy, because it turns out that this hotel is trying to deceive and mislead Customers. Because the hotel knows that no customer will stay there if they haven't paid before check-in. (scam) 2) Even if you still want to operate. The value of the room is only a maximum of RM50 nett (for those who are desperate). If it exceeds this price, it is a scam. Overall, there is no need to operate if you do not make major upgrades.

Nice place..Near to many shop..Just I don't satisfied with the parking.I have to pay RM5 to exit the parking lot.Have to pay if not I cannot go out.They say used the season past but cannot be used.They say I can have discount and can claim but at the end the staff say cannot.So frust.

Awesome location. Food is within walking distance. A Mosque is near. The room (Twin Deluxe) is large. The hotel is quite old but the facility and all others is good. Public transport and e-hailing are easy.
