Avis : Shinhwa Jeju Shinhwa World Hotels & Resorts

Very nice, we had a great time swimming in the pool, shopping and eating at the shopping center, and used our coupon for the park the next day. Next time I will go again.

Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM…. but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with CASINO business for adult who fond to it. 1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift. 2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000! Any thought?

Super convenient location and love that the place has many choices for food. The food court has really yummy food!

Facilities are great and staff were quite helpful. The only problem we had was they forgot to refill our coffee sachets, which we drink in the morning:)

Mega size resort with theme park. Very clean w lots of food options. No cot was available when we stayed ( all in use).

Check in in this area is always problematic. You have to take a number but many just ignore the protocol and it takes even longer to get checked in. The stay was nice.

It was so good

We've stayed at this resort on several different occasions. Usually book directly on the resort site but often the rooms are sold out and it is best to book here. The resort is a top choice and must for families with children. There is something for everyone, and the location is close by many of Jeju's top attractions from museums to beaches and beautiful trekking trails. The swimming pool and waterpark are a must for children and the shopping mall in the lower levels are also convenient and fun.

The package with tickets was great. Having fun in the resort.

We took a bus from the airport and stopped at the nearest bus stop which was about 15-20 min walk. Still manageable with 2 big luggages, 1 small luggage, a pram and 2 kids. Room was decent, alittle small with not much room to move with all the luggage’s we had. Disappointed that they only had 1 type of pillow and they were of the extremely soft kind. When I requested for 1 more pillow on my first night, Service staff said they were out of pillows and they could only send 1 the next day- which they didn’t and I didn’t bother myself to call again. Folded the pillow and made do with it. I wished the staff could speak better English. Only 1 girl who could and she stood out amongst all because she went all the way out to help us book a cab out of the resort (resort was like 40 min away from the all the action/ “city”) as we wanted to try food outside the resort. She helped google and searched for a nice seafood place where locals went which was 10-15 min away (taxis are expensive! Almost like $1 for a min drive) (she was just posted to work there 2 months ago) she was simply the best!

應該是此次濟州島旅行最不愉快的一天了… 親子游，肯定不會錯過水世界和遊樂場了，雖然水世界很小很小…但是住酒店能送水世界票…也算是物超所值…（濟州島都是3點以後才能為主，早到就是等…很刻板）我們當晚應該是6點左右到的，7點水世界關門，告知不可以進去…那好，那就明天玩吧…但是人家11點才開門，且11點前必須退房！那也行，我退房寄行李進去玩就是了，誒，人家又説，沒有房卡不能進去…也沒有任何門票可以提供給你！那不是開玩笑嗎？來的時候不能進，退房以後不能進，那玩什麼？其次説房間，説明瞭不要尾房，還是給了兩間尾房，也就算了，反正一晚，但是你門壞的是幾個意思？正常關門不用卡都能開…要求換房間，還説已經滿房了…攜程上面10間我都能訂，怎麼就滿房了？就是笑嘻嘻的歧視中國人….要去玩的看一看吧…可以避雷一下，真的要玩就要兩晚！不是智能馬桶🚽，床很小！房間也很小，沒有20幾平！

신화월드 안에 랜딩관.메리어트관.신화관이 있고 테마파크와 워터파크가 있어요 호텔마다 보유하는 수영장도 있구요 워터파크가 연결되어있는 신화관 숙박을 했는데 이동이 편했어요 단지내에 유명한 맛집식당들도 많고 호텔뷔페도 퀄리티가 좋은 편입니다 가격이 비싼편이지만 근접한 거리에 있고 잘꾸며진 정원과 거리가 예뻤어요

처음에는 수영장 워터파크 테마파크 식당 등 찾기 힘들었는데 몆 번 돌아 다니까 익숙해 짐 왜 가족단위로 오는지 점점 이해가 됨 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 식당들이 오후 9시에 다 문을 닫음 오후 11시까지 했으면 이유는 스카이 풀에서 오후 9시까지 놀다가 나오면 먹을 음식이 편의점 라면만 있음

트립닷컴에서 신화월드로 넘어가는게 뭣같이 오래걸리고 확인도안되서 침대가드예약도 못하고 무엇보다 방 상태 개판 여기 왜 옴?이돈주고 대체-왜옴? 제주 더 좋은곳 쎄고 쎗음 돈아까움 화장실 청결 엉망 천장 곰팡이 바닥에 곰팡이 콘센트 되지도 않아서 조명도 안나와 충전기도 안되서 거울앞까지 왔다갔다 왓다갓다 개짜증 물놀이는 좋았음 놀이공원도 재밌었음 신화월드안 식당 가까워 좋음 방음 안되고 옆방에 중국인 이라도 있으면 시끄러움 가족형 리조트라면 침대가드좀 여유있게 가지고 있어요 2집여행가는데 1집은 주고 우리집은 안주고 서비스가 이게 뭐야 역시 가만이 있으면 호구댐 소리내고 따져 물어야 얻어내는 세상입니다 뭐가 안되면"알겠어요"라고 하지마세요 무조건주세요 왜안주세요 돈내고 가는데주세요 라고 따져물으면 다~~~~~해줍니다 가만히 있는사람이 바보되는 리조트입니다 신화월드 다신 안옵니다 더 좋은 풀빌가지 이게 뭐야
