Mon mari et moi avons récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel et je dois dire que l'expérience a dépassé mes attentes à bien des égards. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel de la réception nous a accueillis avec des sourires chaleureux et une véritable gentillesse. Ils ont fait tout leur possible pour que mon enregistrement se passe bien, en me fournissant des informations précieuses sur les équipements de l'hôtel et les moyens de se déplacer en utilisant les transports en commun. Un merci spécial à Joseph pour son aide. Malgré le fait que l'hôtel soit situé à côté d'une route principale animée, j'ai été agréablement surprise par la tranquillité de la chambre. Nous n'avons pratiquement rien entendu de l'extérieur. La chambre elle-même est assez petite mais elle est assez bien pour nous deux. Le point culminant de notre séjour a sans aucun doute été le super petit-déjeuner à la carte et leurs recommandations étaient justes. Je dois absolument essayer leur pain grillé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade relaxante sans compromettre la qualité du service.

Beautiful hotel, and while there were some standout features, there were also a few areas for improvement. The staff were great, particularly the young guy Chen, who was extremely helpful. The food and drinks at the hotel were also super yummy. However, there were some drawbacks. Parking was a nightmare, and I had to park outside the hotel for 25RM. The noise from the cars and motorcycles was also extremely loud and went on until 4+ am. Additionally, the room was very dim, and there were some notable omissions, such as a bidet and toothbrush/toothpaste. I was also disappointed with the view from my room. I had booked the KL Den with KL City View specifically to see the monorail, but was given a room on the 1st floor with a large tree blocking the view. I found this to be misleading, as the hotel's advertisement clearly shows a view of the monorail. My room looked different from the one advertised too. TV was placed in an awkward position. You either stand and watch or seat pull up the chair provided against the wall to watch it.

It was a really good experience and I definitely recommend this hotel as a best location and affordable price to stay in KL.The service was great,staff was friendly and greeted us warmly.The cleanliness was 10/10,but just to mention there is no bidet provided in the bathroom hahaha but the other amenities was good

The location of this place is excellent, offering convenience and easy access to key spots, making it a prime choice for those who value proximity. However, the amenities leave much to be desired. Basic facilities are either poorly maintained or lacking altogether, which can significantly impact overall satisfaction. A missed opportunity for me!

Wonderful hotel with a positive vibe, location is central and great. Would definitely recommend it to friends and others.

I always choose The Chow Kit every time travelling to KL, the traffic is quite jam but it's super convenient to go every where. Location is very prime, hotel staffs are always very friendly & helpful... the restaurant/ bistro is awesome ❤️

Nice view to see the monorail. The staff is kind and suggested to try their breakfast. The room is classic & room is comfortable to sleep well. Will come back again

Comfortable art-deco themed hotel in the heart of KL. Conveniently located near the monorail to get you to various sights in a short time. Rooms are cozy and well designed. My only gripe was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities - which is surprising for a 4-star hotel. Hotel staff are pleasant and make the stay pleasant overall.

far from tourist spots but near Quill and Sogo malls. In a quieter area but near a major highway

Good hotel in Chowkit, transport near by and worth the price. Clean, breakfast good and a good 3 star hotel in KL.

Overall, I had one of the best stay in KL so far. Can’t believe there is such a gem in the middle of KL. Please, if you ever travel to KL for the first time come and stay here. The rest of your trip will be smooth for sure.

Experience a good memories here. Kudos to the teams. The private dinner was nice. The staffs also were friendly
