Il faut améliorer les services et corriger les informations des unités pour éviter que les clients paient des frais supplémentaires

Il est facile de trouver de la nourriture dans le hall. De nombreux magasins proposent des achats. Il y a un cinéma. Les chambres sont propres.

Ils ne servent que du papier toilette, dans l'ensemble c'est bien

Tout va bien.. la piscine est également ok, vous pouvez nager jusqu'à 22h.. juste un acompte pour un remboursement sous 3 jours ouvrés..

Endroit sympa et agréable pour un séjour de vacances et à proximité de nombreux stands et centres commerciaux et également les transports en commun sont à seulement 5 minutes

Pros: Location, 2 bedrooms (rare find), great sunrise view, affordably priced, easy check in and check out process Cons: Only 1 sofa (not enough for 4 of us), chairs provided are high chairs (not suitable for our elderly parents), missing lights in several places (staircase, bathroom), water leaking from 1 of the bedroom windows due to rain

Pre-check good, send 3 days before check in date, good enuf for guest to prepare. Customer service is good, speedy responsive. Unit condition also rate 9 out of 10. Just a thing which I can't accept, the deposit refund mentioned from check in date after 3 working days, it should mention within how many working days instead. End up took 1 week plus to refund.

The admin is very responsive if you have any questions. The unit is so nice and clean and very comfortable. Also the mall is just down the condo so you can easily order food or buy necessities plus the connecting bridge going to MRT is very helpful 😊 super recommended.

This Minsu host is extremely terrible. Checking in is a hassle. They still want to collect RM 200 deposit. When i made the reservation, did not realised there were so many negative review about them. There were many small cockroaches roaming the bed. Even bed bugs on the bed too. I had taken photos and video as proof. The moment when I step into the unit, it smell like this unit had been vacant for the longest time and have a dusty smell. Aircon not cold at all. I was bitten by bed bugs n this is terrible. When complain to the front desk, they are so callous in their attitude, claiming they are hapoy with my feedback but no actions will be done. I check in for 2 night stay but left the very next night. I am not the only one complain but dont understand why where so many negative review this Minsu still hv a 4.1* score. Book their managed property at your own risk. I even suspexr if their towels or bedsheet had ever been washed or cleaned!!! There are many other agents that managed eko cheras property. Trust me, never book any property under Minsu. U will regret for life!!!

Its absolutely nice studio to stay. Nice view. Private. With all the foods and entertainment in the mall. Perfect for a short trip. GSC, cheap karoke With all the facilities provided is good too. Iron, hair dryer, refri(they prep ice too) , towels, shapoo, heater, microwave. Excellent and perfect!
