Just see for yourself……didn’t even stay in the room for 10 minutes had to go look for a new hotel. It was disgusting. The AC probably had black mold. When i came back to get my things my phone had switched off and when i went to look for help so that i can access the password since it was sent through WhatsApp i couldn’t find the person who checked me in. Btw they check in through WhatsApp no reception. I waited for over 45 minutes and i had to beg the next hotel to charge my phone. They refused to give me my refund. Men who operate there are scammy. Book if you want but horrible service horrible room. Even if its an old building how are you making your guests sleep breathing in mold. Disgusting.

The room is clean and spacious as well as the location is very accessible to all tourist spot. The staff is very accommodating and provides good customer service. The hotel beautiful and has complete amenities. The price is also affordable.

No hygiene kit (dental,shampoo etc) provided. Need to bring yourself. Bathroom cleaning can be improve as well. Overall is good

Расположение - топ! До башен Петронасес 5 минут. В самом здании есть круглосуточный 7/11. Рядом - круглосуточный Mc’Donald’s и корейский магазин CU. Апартаменты просторные, большая кухня, со всей необходимой посудой. Большой холодильник, стиральная машина, порошок, утюг, фен, чайник, микроволновая печь, плита. Можно самим готовить. 4 бутылки питьевой воды было при заселении и 1 раз еще принесли при уборке. Персонал отзывчивый. Быстро отвечают в wats up. Вид из окна - просто шикарный!!!

Ruangan Luas, Bersih, lantai atas, pemandangan Bagus. Namun karena dikelola perorangan, sehingga kualitas nya belum sebagus Hotel. Saat Check In harus WA ke nomor yg tertera di pesanan. Bagus sih respon nya, namun jelas memang tidak ada resepsionis, satpam pun tidak bisa bahasa Melayu, jadi harus ngomong bahasa inggris. Wangi ruangan terlalu bau Dupa bau bau India, harus di ganti pewangi ruangan nya atau kita harus bawa pewangi sendiri karena saya merasa terganggu dengan bau Dupa Ruangan. Akses ke kolam Renang berbayar 25 RM dan menurut saya kolam renang nya tidak rekomendasi. Cukup untuk tidur da. Stay cation di kamar liat pemandangan indah Kota Kuala Lumpur. Di ruangan ada mesin cuci merk Teka yg memiliki pengering. Saya tidak mencoba karena hanya menginap satu malam

第一天到停電 下午五點才來電 又沒有Wi-Fi 又等沒有吹風機 看不見雙子塔 剛好背對着
