Thank you for the special complimentary and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This have given my 16th wedding anniversary with my husband so wonderful and memorable. Breakfast at the Chinese Resto ( Gu Jin) was awesome! Love the siew mai and dumplings. Definitely will go again! Kudos Sheraton Kuching.

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.
It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours.
Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay.

Have been to Kuching couple of times but 1st time staying at this hotel, chose it due to proximity to the Waterfront.
Stayed at the King size room with a view of the DUN building and waterfront, can watch light shows every night from the room at 6th floor. Room was very spacious. Hotel is old, the mirror door was cracked.
My concern was that as the hotel is linked to a mall and the mall share the same lift with the hotel, it keeps the lifts busy and us hotel guests have to wait for the lift and some non guests were able to access the rooms level if they just stayed in the lift even though they intend to access the mall, which I witness many times. Weirdos from the mall can just come knocking at your hotel room since they can just follow you to your floor without having to tap hotel card in the lift! To me this is a security and privacy concern to the
safety of hotel guests. By right, non guest should only be able to access the lift up to the lobby or use a separate lift that doesnt give access to the pool and rooms. Or the lift to the mall for hotel guest be kept separate. Breakfast spread was good though I find ex at RM30-40 for my 6 year old. She could eat breakfast for free in european hotels. Pool water is also cold as you don't get the sun in. Hotel staff are all very helpful.

The hotel was in a convenient location near to shopping mall. The rooms were clean and bright. The breakfast was delicious but I bit disappointed when I booking the room for 3, but just get breakfast for 2. Anyway it good experience to stay.

this is my genuine review. Location is superb, very near to city center, roughly about 5 mins grab ride (which usually costs about RM4.50-6). Hotel is relatively new so cleanliness is a 10/10. I got a room at level 5, hence i did not experience any noise that disrupted my sleep except honking from vehicles on the road.
Do note that the hotel enforces strict rules but imo its reasonable of them to have such rules. Example are no stains to be spotted on bedsheets, else rm50 will be charged.
I also like how they use smart technology here. Keyless entry to rooms, and no need to trouble yrself to call the receptionist like many other hotels. They communicate via whatsapp & i have to say their response is quite fast. I asked for an extra towel before and not long after a staff knocked to pass me one.
Only thing i would suggest to improve is to not have many staffs lingering around the room for too long. Idk why eveey morning, afternoon, evening and even night, i see the housekeeping staffs outside hahaha.
Also do note that there isnt any gym (i think!)
and for muslim travellers, the restaurant below serves alcohol but is claimed to serve ‘halal’ food (this is common there). So if you’re like me who takes this seriously and prefer to dine at legitimately halal restaurants, do take note on this.
However, there is Anuar Steamboat located about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. do try that out.
Overall, i would definitely come back. Reasonably priced, great location, good cleanliness, responsive.

IInvitéI recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and enjoyed the overall experience. I especially appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the strategic location of the hotel, with its proximity to nearby shopping malls and easy access to the hospital, was incredibly convenient and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the buffet breakfast. I noticed that the current selection of breakfast items is somewhat limited. Adding more variety to the menu would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests. Perhaps including more options such as a wider range of fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local delicacies could cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
Thank you for considering this suggestion. I look forward to experiencing an even more delightful breakfast during my next stay.

FFazlie BinPour mieux décrire cet endroit, c'est comme un mini paradis au sommet d'une falaise surplombant la magnifique mer, avec une touche de séjour dans de grands ponceaux cylindriques.
Vous pouvez facilement le repérer le long de la route de Damai avec son grand logo circulaire à sa porte. Il était fermé à mon arrivée à 15 heures, mais comme l'entrée principale était facilement visible depuis la zone de réception, il ne leur a pas fallu longtemps pour ouvrir la porte, et je suis entré directement.
La réceptionniste était très polie et accueillante, décemment professionnelle également, après nous avoir enregistrés, on nous a fait faire une visite rapide, mettant en évidence les installations et les espaces publics.
La chambre elle-même, étant assez originale à sa manière, n'est pas trop difficile à manœuvrer, tant que vous ne vous précipitez pas et ne vous bousculez pas dans la pièce relativement petite. Des marches adéquates sont construites pour aider à monter et à se déplacer, avec des espaces de rangement simples autour du lit, qui à lui seul occupe environ la moitié de la pièce. L'autre côté de la chambre est la salle de bain, qui est étonnamment spacieuse. Un lit et une salle de bain résument donc toute la pièce cylindrique unique.
L'hôtel lui-même est bien conçu, les clients peuvent se faire dorloter en choisissant leurs endroits préférés situés autour de l'endroit et profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la mer. Il y a aussi une petite plage privée tout en bas de la falaise. Les installations comprennent des piscines, un sauna, des machines à laver et à sécher, une salle de sport, une bibliothèque, etc. sont assez chouettes si vous en avez besoin.
Je dirais que l'endroit est idéal pour les couples et pour un court voyage de remise à niveau. Techniquement, je vis en ville à seulement une demi-heure de route, mais pour faire une pause du travail et me détendre ici pendant une journée, je recommanderais cet endroit sans hésiter. Assurez-vous simplement d'avoir les jambes pour monter et descendre l'endroit !

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel is very well located, in front of Waterfront so it is very easy to walk around. Very very centric. The breakfast is full of options, a very good one. The only problem that I got was during the check-in, I arrived at 3pm when the check-in is at 2pm onwards. The room was not ready and they made me wait for 1h more, once I got the room, they keys didn't open the door for three time so they took 1h more to fix the problem. After that, everything was smooth

SSukiThough the hotel is old, the room is surprisingly spacious. The air conditioning is cool, the bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. I also appreciate the separate bathroom and toilet, which adds to the convenience. It’s definitely a better option than hotels in the Jalan Padungan area. Unfortunately, I only stayed for four hours as my flight was rescheduled to the evening—just enough time for a quick shower, a short nap, and then I was off.

IInvitéThe check in process was smoothly done as it was not a peak season on fasting month. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained a bit. Room size is really spacious for the pool side standard two queen room at 43m2. The view around the hill top suites with Mt Santubong at the back drop was wonderful. The breakfast was okay with some western and continental spread, including Sarawak Laksa. I'm glad the chocolate muffin was not sweet at all, perfect for my kids and myself :)

UUtilisateur anonymeHotel was okay but the room quite small and the bathroom is verry small (very limited movement during shower Hahaha). I think the hotel is old/rundown already and need some renovation. they should do better with the price given. Cause i hv been to few hotels in kuching with same price but better amenities. The staff is friendly and got parking.

LLady 3rynSpacious room. Neat & tidy. Nice city view from the room (higher floor as requested). But the housekeeper keeps giving us only 2 towels instead of 3 because we booked for 3 pax. Breakfast is tasty. Service from the restaurant & front desk are good 👍👍👍👍
