The hotel is just next to the airport, which is very convenient for travellers who need to take flights in the morning. However, the breakfast was very poor. There were only limited choices.

非常好，爸媽很喜歡，第二天坐飛機非常方便，有專門的vvip候機室，可以直接安檢進到機場裏面，工作人員全程陪同直接送上飛機，還幫忙拿行李，下次去還住這裏

非常滿意的一次入住體驗、軟件硬件都符合標準、酒店環境優雅幽雅、大堂大氣寬敞明亮、房間設施齊全乾凈舒適、最讓人感動的是酒店的服務人員細節管理做的很棒、有一條龍服務從入住到離店、尤其是VIP通道的送機太省心了、享受到比頭等艙還好的待遇、直接專車專人送至飛機✈️下、最高最好待遇、下次來還住這個酒店。

酒店就在機場旁邊位置的話還是很方便，有VIP通道很大氣，比正常的公務艙通道要好一些但是酒店的設施很一般，比較老舊，衞生談不上好，也談不上不好，中規中矩，有送水果，感覺還不錯。本身選擇機場附近的酒店是對酒店沒有太多的要求的，衹要不過分的差，就是好。但是服務…… 衹説是服務特別不好，建議加錢一下培訓。VIP通道就能夠值這個房費的，但是服務真的太讓人鬧心了。可以用莫名其妙來形容！！！如果服務稍微好一點點，我都會給這個酒店打五星，因為服務能夠杜絕掉很多的東西。優點的話就是離機場近適合做早班機的人有VIP通道，缺點就是服務態度差，飛機起飛降落吵

昆明公務候機樓真是要大讚特贊，第二天飛機十點多，因為帶着兩個娃大包小包，也不想起太早從市區趕，提前一天住進公務機樓，服務好還人少，全程都是專人服務，考斯特直接送到飛機下。住在這裏除了沒法點外賣，其他真是太方便。

早班航班住公務樓酒店非常必要，前一天工作人員會確認好航班，從長水機場接到酒店，服務非常好。早上接送，安檢，打印登機牌，直接送到飛機登機，一條龍服務非常優秀。唯一不足之處:就是站在浴缸淋雨，很容易弄的到處水漬。

酒店非常非常氣派！入住體驗極好！好停車！房間乾淨超大！我們飛機太早了就定在機場附近住，選來選去選了這家。真的是太划算了！感謝服務人員小曹，一個非常漂亮又nice的小女孩，很早起來幫我叫車，我説我自己約好時間等就行，她説您給我打電話吧外面下雨車來了您再下去！真的是超級貼心！以後轉機就要選這裏！

房間比較大，設施很全，挺乾淨的。最大的優點是可以走VIP通道，直接在酒店值機，有專屬休息室，直接送到飛機上，不用走出發大廳。到達和出發都有人幫忙搬行李，上飛機坐考斯特。唯一的不足的地方是，酒店前台不是隨時在，需要打電話聯繫。不過反應很迅速，外賣也會幫忙拿進來。哦對，酒店裡沒有吃的，早餐也比較簡單，我們或者在外面吃或者點外賣。不過總體來説還是很值，尤其是長輩們，看到這種風格的前台、體驗vip通道非常開心。總體超出預期！

就在機場旁邊，我們因為是早班機，所以VIP送機服務可以多睡一小時。而且有人送機非常有安全感。幫忙辦理登機牌還送到飛機上。對長者孩子友好。

VVIP接送通道（僅國內客運大樓，不超過2人）: vvip接送體驗早上7點半才開始有，如果更早就還需要自己去機場值機安檢，昆明機場早上人非常多，至少提前一個半小時到才能趕上✈️ 酒店本身離機場比較近，有接駁車停在到達層4出口右側10m處，和百事特是共用一個車的。槽點：衞生間是智能感應燈，人還在裏面就會黑掉，要時不時動作幅度大一些才會再亮起來。那個浴缸，跨進跨出要當心，淋浴的話水很容易順着邊沿流出去…..
