Le premier soir à Kunming, j'ai réservé leur hôtel directement par le train à grande vitesse. En arrivant à la réception, peut-être parce qu'ils étaient occupés, les réceptionnistes étaient très indifférentes et se sont mises au travail avec des visages sévères. En arrivant à la chambre, j'ai constaté que son Xiaodu Xiaodu était cassé. La passerelle n'était pas connectée. J'ai alors appelé la réceptionniste pour lui dire que Xiaodu était cassé. Contre toute attente, la réception a immédiatement envoyé un agent de sécurité vérifier. Un vieil homme d'une cinquantaine ou d'une soixantaine d'années, que pouvait-il bien connaître aux passerelles ? C'était visiblement pour tromper les gens. Puis l'agent de sécurité a regardé autour de lui et a appuyé plusieurs fois. Bref, il est parti, incapable de comprendre. Puis, il n'y a eu aucune suite. Son Xiaodu Xiaodu était toujours cassé. Bref, l'expérience s'est soldée par un manque de service à l'hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner est assez mauvais (le youtiao était très dur) mais le chatbot IA était assez intelligent. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, ce n'est pas terrible car pendant les heures de pointe, il faut beaucoup de temps pour se rendre dans la zone commerciale.

Location is the best, only a few step to Kunming Railway Station. It is very convenience to take a morning train. This hotel is still new. Comparing with the price, the size is quite big and cleanliness is very good.

For those traveller looking for a night stop while waiting for their train on the next day, i would recommend this hotel. The location is great nearby the railway station, by walking can reach in 5-8mins. The cleanliness is good 👍🏼

Convenient Location, Simple Stay The hotel's location is its best feature. It's very convenient, being so close to the Kunming railway station and near the city center, which made getting around easy. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to assist, but communication was a bit difficult as they did not speak English. We managed with translation apps. The room I booked was small and did not have a bathtub, but it was functional for a short stay. The breakfast was quite limited, with only a few options. Overall, it's a good basic hotel if you need a convenient place to stay near the train station.

Great location for a short stay before heading to Kunming railway, which is about 6-8mins stroll away. There are abundant of food options around the hotel and they opened late till the night. My room was large and bed was very comfortable. I really like that the hotel has various pillow options too!

For an overnight stay right near Kunming Railway station, this room served all purposes. Extremely good value, big room, conformable bed, easy check in.

Very practical and convenient room, full of amenities and convenience, and surprisingly quiet(despite a few horns, but wasn’t a problem). Indoor temperature tended to get warm, and area is a bit rough, but nevertheless convenient.
