Avis : HUALUXE Kunming

We had a fantastic stay at the HUALUXE Hotel in Kunming. The hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere. A special thanks to Stephan, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Since we don’t speak Chinese, Stephan was always there to help with any communication barriers, making sure all our needs were met. His dedication and support 24/7 truly made our experience memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Stayed at hualuxe for 2 nights with my family. Location is fantastic if you like greenery and close to the city. Excellent facilities. Everything can be done. My wife did a yoga session and kids enjoyed kids club. Staff is very helpful is assisting our needs. In particular Ms Poppy Cai helped us with taxi bookings and bookings. Only issue we had is a very unstable WiFi connection in the room so hence 4 star. Didn't really ask the staff to look into it so can't blame them.

The photo session arranged by the hotel was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kunming!" The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to tourist attractions near Dianchi lake and Xishan (West mountain). Hotel staff are friendly and keen to assist. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are a few hot spring pools available for hotel guests to enjoy. And swimming pool, etc. I am quite happy with the stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Very family friendly hotel, great service, beautiful scenarios and delicious breakfast. My kid enjoyed their swimming pools and garden area so much and kept mentioning them after we left. I should also mention that the photography package came along with the hotel reservation was such an excellent deal. Our photographer 梨子 from 恒壹旅拍 was super professional and patient with kids. We are really satisfied with the experience and enjoyed the beautiful photos we got to take home with.

An absolutely amazing resort hotel just steps away from the beautiful lake! Our stay was nothing short of perfect. We had a spacious and comfortable room with a super large balcony, offering breathtaking views that made our mornings extra special. The hotel’s interior design and facilities were top-notch, exuding elegance and comfort. From the well-maintained amenities to the thoughtfully designed spaces, every detail added to the luxurious experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. But what truly set this hotel apart was the warm and friendly staff. Service staff at the executive floor, Fairy, was fantastic. Room was clean and spacious. Hot spring pools outdoor can be hotter and less chlorinated.

Great hotel if you are looking for a place with a great view and close to the ethnic village. Service from Kaia was great! She addressed all the questions we had and helped us with our luggages and needed amenities. It’s a family-place with a number of children, hence if you are looking for a more adult-friendly place with some quietness this may not be the place for you

Everything is good, but food (in-room dining) is atrocious. My 2nd meal consist of mostly chilli and bones; barely any meat. Employee was sincerely apologetic after I feedbacked.

We arrived at 8:30pm and the front desk was short staffed (only one person for such a big hotel). Need to wait to be served. Location is great. And our room is modern, spacious, and nice. Food is average though.
