Le service est très bon, et je suis aidée à mettre à jour le type de chambre gratuitement, les fournitures de la chambre sont uniques, très sanitaires et peuvent être livrées gratuitement à la gare du Sud de la haute gare, très près, quelques minutes sont arrivés, je peux être recommandé de retourner à la gare de la haute gare, très bonne expérience de séjour!

L'hôtel Wheat Smart est situé à proximité de la gare de Kunming South Railway, et les chambres sont allées au-dessus et au-delà de ce que j'attendais - il y avait une machine à laver dans ma chambre. C'est très proche de la gare. Le patron est très responsable en livrant la voiture tôt le matin. En tant que transfert d'entreprise, le rapport qualité/prix est très élevé. Il y a des snacks en bas. un bâtiment avec plusieurs hôtels mélangés.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un immeuble résidentiel rénové sans eau chaude et dans un environnement très pauvre. Il compte 6 étages au total et sans ascenseur. Les pantoufles sont des pantoufles en plastique portées depuis longtemps. eux. Le sol de la salle de bain est rempli d’eau. Avant que vous ayez fini de vous laver le visage, il y a déjà beaucoup d’eau sous vos pieds. Pour référence, dites la vérité. Je suis resté à l'hôtel pendant 7 heures pendant mon voyage et j'ai oublié de prendre des photos. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné coûtait 268 yuans et avait deux lits de 1,5 mètre. Elle occupait déjà toute la maison et faisait environ 10 mètres carrés.

Convenient location if you're using the station.
Quiet, comfy room.
Nice touch that you receive a bag of snacks on arrival and, if you're leaving early in the morning as I was, a little bag of fruit and pastries.
I don't speak Chinese, and the staff don't speak English, so it's hard work doing everything via translate apps.
It says it has a restaurant, but it actually only provides breakfast. There are lots of little restaurants and convenience stores beside the hotel.

IInvitéLa position de l'hôtel est très bonne, très proche du Parc du Lac de Liu et de la vieille rue Kunming, très pratique pour manger, le service est également très attentif, j'ai envoyé des fleurs pendant le séjour, je l'ai envoyé aux enfants lors de la sortie. La chambre est propre, la télévision est super grande, pendant les Jeux olympiques, je suis très bon à regarder le jeu, la chambre est équipée d'un ensemble complet de linge, je suis fatigué de retourner à l'hôtel est très confortable, je vais réserver ici la prochaine fois.

DDexter50000I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel over the first week of September 2024 and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning aesthetic design. The blend of modern elegance with unique architecture created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming.
The hotel is conveniently located next to a luxury mall with a supermarket in the basement where you can buy international groceries, pastries and fruits. Guests may also venture to other malls around the area or a night flea market that opens late into the night.
Buffet breakfast featured an extensive selection that included pastries, fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs cooked to order, and an array of dishes like congee with Yunnan spices. Food was good for a buffet spread, with staff ensuring that the buffet was well-replenished and clean.
What truly sets the hotel apart is its service. From the moment I arrived, staff was warm and attentive, ensuring that my every need was met. The front desk team was knowledgeable and eager to help. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests.
Special mentions to Mila, who helped to facilitate the courier of my daughter's medicine, which I left behind at the hotel. Mila went out of the way to made sure that the medicine reached us on time. She kept us updated throughout the process. Communication was prompt and reassuring, which alleviated our worries.
Overall, I want to thank the hotel staff for making my stay a memorable one and I look forward to my return in future.

Côté équipements, la chambre est équipée de toilettes intelligentes et de rideaux électriques, les oreillers sont super moelleux et la buanderie dispose d'un sèche-linge, pratique et rapide. Côté services, l'hôtel propose le petit-déjeuner, le thé de l'après-midi et des collations en fin de soirée, et des plats à emporter peuvent également être livrés en chambre par des robots. Le plus important est que l'hôtel propose un service de navette gratuit vers l'aéroport et une voie rapide en classe affaires pour le contrôle de sécurité, ce qui est très pratique. Si vous devez passer la nuit près de l'aéroport, il est recommandé de séjourner au Mercure Kunming Tianshui Airport Hotel.

Le personnel de service est également très enthousiaste. Car je suis arrivé à Kunming en pleine nuit. Je viens de voir leur maison et je les ai appelés pour voir si je pouvais y aller en premier. L'environnement détermine si vous souhaitez rester ou non. Lorsque nous sommes allés à la réception, la dame était très gentille et a pris l'initiative de nous aider. nos bagages. Elle nous a également appris à passer une commande pour bénéficier de réductions. Bien que la rue soit directement en bas, l'isolation phonique est très bonne dès que l'on sort de l'ascenseur au deuxième étage. . La grande terrasse est l'endroit où vous pouvez généralement acheter du thé au lait et faire un barbecue avec vos amis, vous asseoir, discuter et manger, ce qui est très agréable. Vous avez le choix entre de nombreuses saveurs pour le petit-déjeuner, et elles sont toutes fraîchement préparées et. l'air très appétissant. Le premier arrêt lors d'un voyage à Kunming Mes amis, je le recommande vivement, ce n'est pas facile d'avoir des ennuis🕳️

IInvitéWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

MMaxGreat hostel! I felt like I got the royal treatment when I was there simply because I'm a rare foreign guest. Well, I'll take the privilege 😅. So in my particular case, from the moment I arrived they rolled out the red carpet. I made friends with the receptionist and we went to have dinner together right away lol. This never happened to me before haha. It was very nice. Then I was included in all kinds of social activities during my 4 day stay. We had lunch together with the owner, a very jovial guy, the receptionist and some random guests. It was very pleasant. We also went out for free clubbing and to the night market. Absolutely non commercial activities where we simply hung out as friends. Very cool! Definitely enriched my experience in Kunming by a lot. The facilities themselves were good. Everything was clean. It's a little bit cramped up in the apartment that's been made into dorms but it's ok because everyone is very considerate. There's only one bathroom so sometimes that can be annoying. It's a very high quality bathroom tho. I would definitely stay again for the atmosphere and the convenience of the location.

IInvitéLe personnel de service était très gentil et m'a donné un surclassement gratuit dans la chambre au 17ème étage. La vue était très belle et je pouvais voir le lever du soleil le matin. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre, mais Kunming est très frais la nuit d'avril, donc ce n'est pas très dérangeant.

IInvitéLa position géographique de l'hôtel est très bonne, juste au centre-ville, et pas loin de la rue de la promenade du South Screen et du parc du lac de la mer, très pratique pour ma visite, l'attitude du chef de service est également très bonne, la personne est bien traitée et chaleureuse! Le lit est également très confortable et le vent de décoration est aussi mon type préféré. Il y a trois métros près de la gare du nord, où qu'il soit pratique. Reviens ici la prochaine fois.
