Very charming place a short walk from city center. Has a nice courtyard with beautiful plantings, and a decent pool. Bed was firm and comfy, bathroom appliances worked fine.

房間乾淨整潔，整體環境優美而舒適。
所在位置是一個坡道，下方不遠就是味道不錯的家庭餐廳以及便利店，再往下是海邊商業區。
服務人員熱情友善。
缺點是設施略顯老舊，室內空調功率不足，需長時間開啟才能有效降低室温。洗手間管路老化，存在漏水現象。

ホテルは非常に清潔でした。私の泊まった部屋は少し空調が強かったので、夜は空調を消して寝ましたが問題ありませんでした。レストランの側にプールがあり、日中はプールで過ごしました。飲食店も近く、オーナーも親切です。朝ごはんがあまり私の好みではありませんでしたが、温かく十分な量の朝食が提供されました。
オトガルは遠いですが、ミニバスの停留所が近くにいくつかあるようです。私はエフェス遺跡まで行くためにオトガルまで歩きましたが、大体20分くらいでした。
レディースビーチもあまり近くないので、もしも行くのであればミニバスを利用したほうがいいと思います。
また、街は坂道が多いので、空港からの送迎は頼んだほうが良いと思います。

Sehr netter Gastgeber schönes reichhaltiges Frühstück das Zimmer ist nichts besonderes für eine Nacht ganz okay sauber war es aber. Schöner gepflegter Innenhof .

對於挑剔廣東人來説，這裏服務人員很親切，還會主動幫忙搬行李，經理能説流利英語，花園很漂亮，民宿挺不錯的！冷氣夠足，房間乾淨，熱水剛剛好，水量很大！早餐也不錯，水果很新鮮，超級無比的甜！
唯一不足是wifi，畢竟土耳其就這樣了，信號不能跟中國比！

We visited the villa in June-July 2019 and adored it. Very kind and attentive host, cosy accommodation and wonderful guests from every corner of Europe. We would definitely come back again one day with a whole family!

Love this hotel! It’s a hidden gem in the old part of Kusadasi. It’s close enough to walk to the noisy tourist area but we never noticed the noise at the hotel. It’s got a lovely garden to hang out in. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, especially the manager, Yuksel. Maps.me led us (in our rental car) through some narrow streets to get to the hotel and Yuksel helped us get back on track and reach the hotel. We enjoyed visiting with Yuksel as well. His English is perfect and he has a funny sense of humour. The room was bright and spacious and very quiet. The king size bed was really comfortable. The breakfast at this hotel was divine. Everyday there was something new and the food was delicious. The women working there were all nice and friendly. The wifi was great all the time. We booked this hotel for 2 nights but ended up staying an extra night because we liked it so much. Unfortunately for us, we never used the pool but it looked very inviting. (It was a bit chilly out when we were there). I will definitely come back to Villa Konak but will stay longer next time. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at this lodging was delightful. The location was convenient, our room large, clean and comfortable.. Breakfasts were tasty with a variety of offerings. Afternoon teatime was a relaxing end of day treat that also provided the opportunity to visit with fellow travelers from around the globe. Among other amenities, there is a pool in the courtyard and free parking. Last but not least, the hotel manager, Yuksel, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The rest of the staff was helpful as well. Thanks to Yuksel and staff for making our stay in Kusadasi particularly pleasant.
