« 設施：這個酒店真的是二世谷的性價比之王啊，隔壁柏悦當時訂的時候沒有三人間，選了日航，雖然價格也不便宜，但是住宿體驗非常好。出門步行三分鐘到308，我們到的第一天晚上去看mountain lights，而且趕上了黃金週最後一天的煙花，感覺很不錯。 服務：每天含早餐，早餐衹要吃自製海鮮丼感覺就能吃出一套房啊，魚子海鮮飯札幌一碗應該就4000了，這邊隨便吃。晚餐和午餐因為柏悦不好訂，也在餐廳吃的，吃到了蝦夷鹿排，味道很不錯，全瘦肉，也有湯咖喱的選擇。 環境：酒店後面就是tree walk和tree trekking的森林，訂了活動定時去就可以。酒店的The Shop也有花火賣，晚上帶孩子放煙花，價格也是非常合適，主要是在北京根本不可能讓放煙花的。 »

« I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year. »

« Very clean hotel with a nice onsen. Everything is generally new and toilets and showers are very clean. They provide shuttle buses to hirafu and hanazono in 2025. »

The room was fully equipped, you can get whatever you need. A special shoutout to the receptionist from Taiwan, she was so helpful and friendly—my kids still talk about how much they miss them! « Je suis allé à ski. Avant de la réserver, j'étais en train de me battre entre Sansui et Park Hyatt. Et je suis vraiment contente que nous ayons choisi Sansui. La location est magnifique, avec de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés à proximité, et le service de navette gratuit est tout simplement de top-notch à Niseko. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était trop simple pour le prix (machine à café plastique). »
