« The hotel is quite new with comfortable bed and beddings. Reception staff are expats with fluent English and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok as it was cold and a bit salty so need improvement. Given we came in low season we were the only guest here and we have a good stay with a very reasonable price and good service. »

« I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window!

Jjunjun酒店在二世谷 比洛夫雪廠纜車和門口正對面，過個馬路就是！太方便了 滑進滑出又能直接在酒店拿租的雪具！雪具也不錯，網上根據需求直接訂！
房間麼提前訂了一間雙床房，酒店發郵件來問需不需要升級景觀房，果斷升級才加了一點費用。酒店前台還有中文服務人員，並且客人每天都有私湯可以預約，實在是滑雪後最好的療愈方式了！每天酒店的早餐很豐富。主要是方便，不需要再出去找餐廳了，有一餐晚餐也在酒店吃的，性價比不算很高但還是因為方便。
下次去還是想訂這個酒店，温暖的色調和方便的位置，出門就是比洛夫站點的停車場，大巴坐到機場也是特別省心。

IInvitéI would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff..
When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive.
Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year.
We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime.
We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year.
Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language.
Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine.
The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country.
Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

LLooGénéralement bon et nouveau hôtel. Le seul désavantage est que les options alimentaires sont extrêmement limitées. L'hôtel devrait envisager d'avoir un menu de buffet rotatif pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Les clients ne peuvent pas continuer à manger le même aliments 3-5 jours en filière.

RR J WClean and accessible via shuttle bus (though infrequently) or via GO car. Staff were helpful and polite. There is a diner downstairs (Midtown Diner) which is convenient if it is snowing hard and you need to eat in for lunch/dinner. There are rooms to store ski equipment, and coin washing machines for easy laundry. There were also some nice Christmas decorations at the lobby.

Eenn36We were greeted warmly at the front desk by Taito (cute Japanese boy who speaks good english with a Thai accent! I mean this as a compliment). Was pleasantly surprised when he allowed us to check in even though we were 2 hours early. Shortly after entering our room, Taito personally knocked on the door to give us some items which my parents requested. He was also standing out there in the bright sun to say goodbye when we were loading our luggages into the rental car after checking out. I rate Taito's service and attitude: 5 Stars!!!
Room had a kitchen with full set of appliances, utensils and crockery. Fridge had drinks, juices, milk, butter, jam, and even sausages for cooking. And there was a basket with cereal, apples, banana and 2 loaves of bread for our breakfast needs.
Overall, this was a very nice and enjoyable stay.
The only gripe I have is that the hotel did not allow me to make any change to my dates (not sure why as it was late April and not peak ski-ing season), even though I offered to make another booking first before cancelling(have done this sort of arrangement with other hotels in Hokkaido so I know it's possible).
It would have been perfect if the hotel can offer some flexibility to their guests. After all, plans do change due to various reasons. Hope to be back in future and see that they're more flexible the next time round. Till then, thank you and cheers =)

WwaynethepaintTrip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search.
I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste.
(Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium)
That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind)
7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though).
They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy.
The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay.
Overall good stay.
Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

UUtilisateur anonymeUn appartement très petit, seulement cinq ou six chambres d'hôtes. La zone publique et la neige sont petits, et l'intérieur de la chambre est assez épaisse. La chambre ne fournit pas de dents et de remorques, pas de petit déjeuner. Le son est mauvais, le matin (à l'exclusion de la neige) et la nuit (la population) sont très épais. La qualité du sommeil est mauvaise ici deux nuits.
L'avantage est que la position est à quelques pas de la croisée de la rue, que les achats sont très pratiquement accessibles, que plusieurs employés anglais sont enthousiastes et aimables, et qu'ils offrent des services de connexion dans la région de Hirafu.
Le prix est de 4 000 plus, le prix est recommandé à l'hôtel Aya, Vale, Setsu, etc.
