Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

Il est un hôtel magnifique, la chambre est excellente. Les terrains autour de l'hôtel sont très agréables, faisant passer des marches autour de la zone refroidissante. Il est au cours de la période de pointe, donc il n'est pas foulé, bien que plusieurs entreprises n'aient pas été ouvertes. Il est bon moment de profiter de quelques exercices moins énergiques, comme marcher et profiter du paysage et de l'air frais.

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Super appartement idéalement situé. Deux grandes chambres avec de nombreux rangements, deux salles de bain spacieuses, un grand salon avec coin cuisine et tout le nécessaire pour préparer ses repas en famille. Seicomart et Lawson sont à quelques pas. Parking en sous-sol pratique. Tout est en parfait état et bien nettoyé. J'ai oublié quelques affaires dans le réfrigérateur, mais le personnel est venu les récupérer et les a déposées dans le réfrigérateur du hall pour que nous puissions les récupérer plus tard. Excellent service, merci ! Je mettrai certainement cet endroit en tête de ma liste pour mon prochain séjour à Hirafu 👍🏼

很好的酒店 無論是服務，硬件，配件都是一流的 入住時前台會提供一個WhatsApp電話 方便客人入住期間的所有安排，包括安排車接送，更換毛巾，預約清潔等等。 我們訂的是三房間隔的房間，配有三個廁所，家人們早上都不用排隊，房間對正羊蹄山，拍照超好看。 早餐中規中矩，沒有太驚喜的，已經包括在房價內，沒有太多要求，如果對早餐有要求的可以自己買材料回酒店煮。 唯一比較遜色的，就是廚房設備，沒有火鍋的設備，但是微波爐及蒸焗爐是Miele的，很好用很方便，看得出酒店的管理團隊很愿意花钱在硬件上。 最值得稱讚的就是服務，由於酒店距離雪場相對比較遠，每次叫車來回雪場接送都很方便，只需要提前5至10分鐘通知就可以。 下次再來二世古也必定會再住的酒店 Thanks intuition team again🥰

Nous avons toutefois remarqué un odeur de rénovations nouvelles une fois que nous sommes entrés dans la chambre - bien que nous ne savons pas d'où cela vient. Si vous conduisez, gardez-vous à ne disposer que de 2 parkings à l'avant de l'immeuble qui ne sont pas destinés aux invités. Notez que vous ne devrez pas vous garer derrière le bâtiment ni dans l'espace près des 2 espaces de stationnement.

Trip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search. I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste. (Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium) That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind) 7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though). They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy. The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay. Overall good stay. Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

Nous sommes restés 5 jours, et le prix moyen par jour était d'environ 1 800 RMB. C'est vraiment le meilleur rapport qualité/prix de Niseko. L'hôtel se trouve sur la route principale d'Hirafu, à 8 minutes à pied du centre d'accueil et à 10 minutes à pied de la télécabine d'Hirafu. Nous avons séjourné à la fois dans une chambre de style occidental et dans une chambre de style japonais. La chambre de style japonais est légèrement plus grande et peut accueillir 3 personnes. L'hôtel dispose de sources chaudes intérieures et extérieures, superbes et ouvertes 21 heures sur 21. La plupart des hôtels sont en libre-service. Les chambres seront nettoyées dans les 5 jours, mais il n'y aura pas de ménage dans les 4 jours.
