L'hôtel de 5 étoiles est situé à proximité des marches de ski. Il y a des chambres magnifiques, bien décorées. Il y a des déjeuners publics et privés gratuits, à réserver. Un petit déjeuner de qualité, si vous venez pendant la basse saison, il sera demi moins cher que d'habitude. Il y a un tarif de parking de 2000 yens par jour. 

My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

Skiing in/ski out location. Listée dans la famille avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Près du magasin de convenance et des restaurants. Le dimanche était extrêmement utile et nous a transportés à la gare locale à la fin de notre séjour. Gustav a été très utile par courriel mais le resort était incontactable à l'arrivée pour organiser le transfert de l'hôtel du bus de départ (phone de réception a été commuté après des heures de message). Ils ont été en train de se déplacer vers le haut, et ils ont été en train de se déplacer vers le haut.

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Un service excellent, de l'arrivée au départ, grâce au personnel formidable du Chatrium Niseko. Ils étaient toujours disponibles en cas de besoin et nous ont aidés à organiser nos transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport en taxi. Nous étions à quelques minutes à pied du télésiège familial Ace, d'où nous avons pu explorer les environs en snowboard et utiliser les nombreuses télécabines et remontées mécaniques. De nombreux food trucks et supérettes sur le chemin du retour vers l'hôtel, ce qui était très pratique. Merci Arigato pour cette expérience merveilleuse !

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous pouvez trouver des chambres confortablement agencées. Le service était exceptionnel, le personnel était incroyablement bienvenu, attentif et allait au-dessus et au-delà pour garantir que mon séjour était parfait. Qu'il s'agisse de mon bagage ou de mes installations dans la chambre , ils m'ont fait sentir vraiment apprécié comme un invité. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et équipées de tout ce que j'avais besoin pour un séjour confortable. Surtout le canapé, j'ai même demandé le nom de marque que je voulais acheter le même pour ma maison. Super merci à Dorothy pour les informations qu'elle a fournies! En outre, j'aime me réveiller au paysage seren et neige dehors de ma fenêtre! Si vous cherchez un endroit fantastique pour rester à Niseko, INTUITION est le choix parfait.

The hotel location is good, ski in ski out hotel but the facilities is too old, especially there’s no air cooling in the room and the window unable to open, so after wearing ski set on the room, you will feel super hot and start sweating

Nous avons toutefois remarqué un odeur de rénovations nouvelles une fois que nous sommes entrés dans la chambre - bien que nous ne savons pas d'où cela vient. Si vous conduisez, gardez-vous à ne disposer que de 2 parkings à l'avant de l'immeuble qui ne sont pas destinés aux invités. Notez que vous ne devrez pas vous garer derrière le bâtiment ni dans l'espace près des 2 espaces de stationnement.

Trip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search. I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste. (Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium) That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind) 7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though). They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy. The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay. Overall good stay. Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

Room is very modern and has plenty of amenities, including a private bath and toilet. Bed was comfortable. WiFi and heating worked well. This is a self-service accommodation. No reception or staff onsite. They’ll send you a code for the lockbox that the room key is in. The resort condo is attached to the office for the RV Park that shares the parking lot. They seem to be used to people coming in there to check in. Location is not very central. About a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants.
