RRunAlongMy experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway .
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome.
I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

UUtilisateur anonymeC'était bien une chambre triple. Elle était petite, mais beaucoup plus spacieuse que les hôtels d'Osaka. Elle était équipée d'un réfrigérateur et d'un radiateur pour sécher les vêtements de ski, et il y avait une salle de séchage dédiée au rez-de-chaussée. Le hall de l'hôtel était spacieux, et de nombreuses personnes travaillaient et se détendaient au rez-de-chaussée chaque jour. Le restaurant servait principalement de la cuisine occidentale, et en tant que Chinois, ne pas avoir de porridge au petit-déjeuner était vraiment pénible. 😧
Notre étage disposait d'une cuisine, ce qui nous permettait de préparer nos propres repas, et il y avait aussi un micro-ondes, ce qui était très pratique. Il y a aussi un service de bus reliant l'hôtel à la station de ski. Nous étions à Annupuri, et vous pouviez demander les horaires au personnel. L'hôtel proposait également un service de navette pratique depuis le centre d'accueil. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour s'est bien passé. Il y a une supérette 7-Eleven à environ huit minutes à pied, ainsi que des restaurants. Kutchan n'est pas loin non plus.
Points faibles : Le ménage n'était pas parfait ; par exemple, le cadre de la porte pliante de la salle de bain était poussiéreux et n'avait pas été nettoyé correctement. J'espère que cela pourra être amélioré.

TTough_crybabyThis was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile.
Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy.
The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

IInvitéA very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

KKelsie MunroUn service excellent, de l'arrivée au départ, grâce au personnel formidable du Chatrium Niseko. Ils étaient toujours disponibles en cas de besoin et nous ont aidés à organiser nos transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport en taxi. Nous étions à quelques minutes à pied du télésiège familial Ace, d'où nous avons pu explorer les environs en snowboard et utiliser les nombreuses télécabines et remontées mécaniques. De nombreux food trucks et supérettes sur le chemin du retour vers l'hôtel, ce qui était très pratique. Merci Arigato pour cette expérience merveilleuse !

SSalamiyeahI recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window!
If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

L'espace est bien équipé avec une cuisine et une machine à laver, ainsi que des chauffe-eau. Nous avons toutefois remarqué un odeur de rénovations nouvelles une fois que nous sommes entrés dans la chambre - bien que nous ne savons pas d'où cela vient.
Si vous conduisez, gardez-vous à ne disposer que de 2 parkings à l'avant de l'immeuble qui ne sont pas destinés aux invités. Notez que vous ne devrez pas vous garer derrière le bâtiment ni dans l'espace près des 2 espaces de stationnement.

WwaynethepaintTrip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search.
I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste.
(Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium)
That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind)
7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though).
They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy.
The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay.
Overall good stay.
Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!
