After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

Nous avons eu de grands temps , Personnel sont amis, Les locaux sont propres et propres. vue est bonne. La nourriture est délicieuse.. Près de la zone de shopping.. Nous aimons visiter à nouveau.. Nous pouvons voir voler tout le temps.. Biriyani était si délicieuse

Bon emplacement, à deux pas se trouve un grand centre commercial, peut résoudre le problème de manger, il n'y a pas de nourriture chinoise à proximité. L'air conditionné dans la chambre ne chauffait pas, il faisait trop froid.

J'ai été habitué à rester dans cet hôtel depuis 8 heures.Cette année, j'ai trouvé qu'il est complètement différent de tout à l'heure, à partir de la décoration nouvelle attrayante jusqu'à la gestion de la place . Même le café qui sort de là n'est plus élégant. Je ne dois pas aller chercher un nouveau hookah place. Tout dans un seul endroit (hookah, nourriture, musique en direct) tout est tout juste parfait 🌹🌹 Je dois envoyer des remerciements spéciaux à M. Le salon de la ville est très bien placé pour le séjour de la ville. IBRAHEEM iSSSAM pour l'arrangement de la fête de naissance de mon frère, tout était tout simplement parfait.

Le choix du petit déjeuner est relativement restreint, l'environnement est correct, pas loin de la plage, la chambre permet de voir le paysage de la plage. Le prix est correct, la chambre n'est pas très grande

Overall a great stay. The room was a good size, clean and with a small view of the water. TV has youtube and netflix loaded on it which was a nice perk. Good tea selection in the room and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The pool is locked for the winter. There is a beautiful park close by which is great for relaxing and also it is walkable distance to the beach.

I would like to raised my concern here in this hotel I want to highlight to have and request to give us more free water because I'm staying here more than a month and my company always assign us here to stay and I also like this place and hotel always ready for any help especially amaj for pick up and shyam for arranging our transportation and beni and salam for always there for us

Late review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular

J'ai visité le Koweït pour la deuxième fois et j'ai séjourné à l'IBIS à Sharjah. L'hôtel est au coeur du Koweït. L'hôtel d'affaires est très bien, la chambre est adaptée pour une personne, propre et bien rangée, et le matelas de ville est un peu mou pour moi. Le service de réception de l'hôtel est enthousiaste et prendra l'initiative de vous fournir un convertisseur de courant. Il y a de nombreux petits supermarchés autour de l'hôtel. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour manger. Il est facile et très pratique de prendre un taxi devant l'hôtel. La prochaine fois que j'irai au Koweït, j'y retournerai certainement.
