El personal de limpieza no respeta el silencio estando de cachondeo a voces a las 10 de la mañana y cuando se le pide que bajen la voz me dicen que ya es hora de levant**** y que ellas trabajan así.

I think in beach bar cavanna breeze the girls Josi & Raquel it s very Nice and it s very sympatical. Her clothes it s original because its the same and i find its very cool. They are so profesionnal and they are jocking.

The worst 4* hotel i have ever been. Do not go there. The food is absolutely sh..t. I only stayed the first night out of 7, but it is awful. Need a major refurbishment furniture is outdated, the bed is just too old. 1 long pillow. The bath has a hole in the middle. The safe is with a manual key. The hotel charge €15/night parking;€2.50/night for the safe. They do not charge for the wifi (yet) because it does not work. The food OMG like in a cheap B&B. No variety what so ever. You can have white or brown bread but it baked the day before (hard as fu..) 1 type ov cheese about 4 different cold meat (chorizo etc) the cakes (sweet stuff) dry. Coffee just dirty water, the drinks are from powder (concentrate sh.t). DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BOOK, VISIT OR EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS HOTEL!

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR ROOM!!!! After that they deny it and do nothing at all, nothing! No help, no "sorry", not even a tiny little bit of compensation. They dont even check the cameras or tell you who was cleaning the rooms and they dont even talk to you, absolutely nothing... I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE EVERYONE TO CHOOSE THIS SHADY HOTEL!

Lovely room with fantastic view (superior room). Reception staff and room maid very friendly and nice. The restaurant was probably the worst hotel restaurant we have ever been to. Food quality very poor, very limited choice and it was like a cattle market. The restaurant could not cope with the volume of people.....there were queues to get in, queues to find a clean table, tables were not being cleared promptly and the noise level was enough to give you a headache. The food looked very processed...a lot of what looked like preformed meat, and very little actually fresh or hand prepared food. Salads were ok and they were fresh. Wine and water was included so that was a plus. There appeared to be a lot of coaches coming and going full of Spanish people. We wondered if the hotel was booked with the Spanish pensionista (???) holidays which might explain the restaurant standard and the sheer volume of people.......but we paid full price so should not have had an inferior service. Very disappointed and definitely not a four star hotel restaurant....we have been in better two star hotel restaurants.

Incomplete address making it hard to find on sat nav. Reception staff seamed to want to be anywhere else but work. Dinner.... arrived on time but food either cold or tepid. Beach bar open nice helpful waiter but after dinner reception thought it amusing to send us back to the closed beach bar instead of explaining the inside bar was open! Breakfast fair selection but bread etc not as fresh as could have been. Tv in rooms cater for French Germany and of course Spanish BUT no English. Spoilt our Anniversary get away.

We decided to take the first nights of opening 2021, we were not disappointed. I have stayed here before, but I think it was better than ever. The food was excellent, the staff do not stop working, really hard to make sure everyone is happy, they really are a credit to the hotel. The assisted buffet this week was great ,Steak, fish lamb everything you could eat , great starters and deserts.. The hotel seemed very busy, love to see the youngsters at the Cavanna surf enjoying themselves. I paid a little extra for the superior room excellent spotless clean. Only one small comment, the glass conservatory was not always open, i understand when there are less guest eating, but the view is beautiful and lovely to eat your meals as the sun goes down. Lovely stay i cant wait to return.

Fomos co IMSERSO e pasamos nove días estupendos. Tivemos sorte coa habitación, alta e nun curruncho, cunha vista preciosa ao Mar Menor; poucas selas e sitio para deixar cousas e roupa; cama grande e cómoda. O hotel algo antigo, pero reformado, con poucos elevadores para tanta xente; ben situado, con saída directa a unha recollida praia do Mar Menor e a 5 minutos do Mediterraneo; a un paso dunha parada de taxis e preto da de buses. No almorzo sempre churros, o zume de laranxa e o café de máquina aceptabéis. A comida e a cea bastante variada, que repoñían seguido; os guisos moi ben cociñados e variados; variedade de carne, menos de peixe, tamén moitas sobremesas doces e aceptábel a froita. Os camareiros moi atentos, as veces poucos para tanta xente. Os animadores simpáticos e entretidos, con actividades variadas. As limpadoras moi profesionais. Os recepcionistas correctos. O médico e a enfermeira magníficos, moi atentos e porfesionais. Cobran por usar a piscina cuberta, a exterior e a zona de solarium estaban pechados.

Hotel antiguo pero limpio y bien situado. La comida bastante aceptable. Hemos estado en un viaje del Inserso durante diez días, digo esto porque en invierno no es lo mismo. Mejor venir con coche propio aunque hay una parada de autobús muy cerca. La animación bien.
