I came to a business event on the hotel with a group of 30+ people, and the facilities were perfect: the meeting rooms, the lunches and coffee breaks, and everything in general. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. I stayed longer to do tourism with my partner in the city and it was also great. The hotel is located near a cable car station (that connects easily to the center of the city), supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful even after checking out, guarding my luggage while I was out and finding a couple of things I had forgotten in my room. Overall it was a great experience and I would come back without doubting it.

It was a wonderful experience, I loved the careful attention of the staff who showed a lot of empathy, education and dedication to make our stay a pleasant one. The suites are large, well lit, perfect temperature. I liked the detail that each suite has its electric boiler plus a variety of tea , mates or herbal teas and instant coffee. The same at Reception where there is also some dough to accompany. There is also the option to choose pillows of different shapes and textures at no cost.

If you want to rest well in La Paz, visit Camino Real Hotel, I love this place because I could rest pleasantly, it is located in the lowest part of the city. The hotel is very nice and the attention is amazing. And finally the most important thing is that the prices are very affordable.

Perhaps the worst experience of my life! Talk about rude service, horrible room and a broken heating equipment that kept us awake all night! It was supposed to be a romantic weekend, specifically told the staff that we were celebra our anniversary and requested a room with a view. In a city like La Paz that shouldn’t be difficult, right? You can imagine our disappointment when all we could see from the third floor room they gave us was half of the hotels entrance rooftop. We ask kindly to be changed room and we were told the hotel was fully booked (really?) but after a while of making our case we were moved to a different room. Please see attached picture! All we could see was a building, our heating system was so noisy we had to turn it off and both my husband and I got a cold. It honestly felt like the staff was bullying us. Unfortunately we booked the room in *********** with a non refundable option and we had to stay there for the 3 nights we had paid for. You can be sure we will NEVER come back this place and we will NEVER recommend it to anyone. With so many great options around (Atix, Casa Grande, Met hotel) don’t waste your money in this place!

This hotel is the only place I will stay in La Paz. The staff is friendly, and always extremely helpful. The restaurant is also great and very convenient. We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. It is located close to many great restaurants.

Amazing hotel, with a great location, most comfy beds and pillows, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and super tasty breakfast. The owner is everyday at the hotel making sure everything is perfect. I fully recommended this beautiful 5 star hotel for your time in La Paz.

Perfect hotel in every way. They perform a service of excellence and we always seek. Staff very well trained, polite, kind and always available to help. Hotel taxi service is also highly recommended, as they are an integral part of the hotel's quality services. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in a good neighborhood and kind staff. The facilities were really clean, the restaurant attached had really good food, the people at the front desk were helpful, and the people at the spa were skillful. I would recommend!
