Emplacement et équipements:  L'hôtel est le plus grand établissement de ce charmant hôtel indépendant, à proximité du centre commercial Toowong et des boutiques et restaurants qui l'entourent, qui comprennent des chimistes et un magasin de confort de 24 heures 7-11. L'hôtel lui-même est la maison du restaurant japonais Katsuco sur son sol - célèbre pour son bon repas japonais. Il y a un parking gratuit pour les clients, mais le nombre de places est limité (environ 25 places). Conception de l'hôtel, ambiance, service :  L'hôtel est confortable et confortable, avec une petite zone de place en face du bureau de réception. Il y a un ascenseur pour vous emmener dans vos chambres au-dessus des trois étages qu'il s'étend. Conception de la chambre, confort, acoustique: (deluxe King) Les chambres sont décents et disposent d'une chambre pour bagages et de points de charge suffisants. Les salles de bains sont bien conçues avec un verre intelligent, interchangeable et dynamique agréable regardant dans la chambre. La tête de douche est un type de douche - il donne certainement de croire. La madrague et les coussins sont très confortables- en fait- standing et remarquable. Il y a des cortines de désertification qui fonctionnent bien. En ce qui concerne l'acoustique- généralement décent et tranquille vu la position à l'angle d'une croisière occupée. Il y a aussi le bruit et le bruit de la bar-frigo et le whisky de la climatisation. La cacophonie occasionnelle de la voiture de rue peut être entendue pendant la journée, mais généralement il est calme à la nuit. Ainsi un bon sommeil de nuit est principalement atteint. Globalement : À risque de la rendre plus populaire que ce n'est déjà, c'est une propriété très recommandée en dehors de la ville, avec un parking gratuit.

L’endroit est super jolie , la chambre était très spacieuse et les services proposés sont sympa. Si vous êtes adepte de la nage, cet hôtel dispose d’une piscine aux mesures olympiques.

Le petit déjeuner était étonnant mais très occupé autour de 7.30-8. Le service au bar était excellent ainsi que de bonnes conseils de la concierge.

Le concierge était extrêmement pauvre, il a pris ma voiture avec 7 sièges, et le personnel a simplement ignoré ma présence - ne se moquait même pas de nous saluer, ni d'offrir une aide avec le bagage, Même après avoir dit que j'aurais besoin d'aide - conscience zéro et service zéro. Le trolley de bagages est simplement un ornement. Désolé, c'est Marriott! Dans ma vie, je n'ai jamais eu d'expérience si inconvenante. Le récepteur (portant le spéc) était le seul à avoir accueilli chaleureusement ma famille, ainsi que le personnel du buffet. 👍

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

Un excellent hôtel, que je recommande vivement, ne serait-ce que pour le personnel et le petit-déjeuner. J'ai constaté qu'une grande attention était portée aux personnes se rendant dans les hôpitaux des environs. L'enregistrement s'est fait très facilement et le personnel de la réception était très aimable. Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié : * le petit-déjeuner équilibré inclus, * le parking gratuit sur place, * la Ferrari à la réception (je ne sais pas pourquoi elle est là, et je ne suis pas passionné de voitures, mais c'est une touche d'élégance), * le personnel très accueillant et aimable, * la chambre propre et bien agencée, * le lit confortable, * la climatisation efficace, * l'ambiance conviviale dans tout l'établissement, * la proximité du centre commercial de Chermside, à deux pas, * l'excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ce que j'ai moins apprécié : * l'insonorisation perfectible ; on entend parfois des bruits provenant des autres chambres et des couloirs, * une légère odeur se dégageait du balcon en début de soirée, ce qui m'a dissuadé de dîner dehors avant plus tard ; c'était peut-être dû à un jour particulier. Il était assez agréable plus tard pour laisser la porte ouverte et profiter d'une légère brise pendant la nuit. Hautement recommandé.

Le système d'enregistrement est catastrophique : j'ai dû appeler pour obtenir le code de l'hôtel, puis celui de la chambre. Les premiers codes fournis ne fonctionnaient pas ; j'ai dû rappeler pour en obtenir d'autres. Il n'y a pas d'appel gratuit pour ce service. Tout est à la charge du client. Ce système d'enregistrement est vraiment mauvais. De nombreuses autres personnes rencontraient le même problème. Il faut absolument régler ce problème !
