MMikhail IumashevThe hotel On Melo Alves pleasantly surprised me from the very first moments of my stay. It’s a modern and very cozy accommodation option located in one of the best areas of São Paulo.
I especially liked the atmosphere — calm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a contemporary design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room kitchenette, equipped with appliances and utensils, is particularly convenient, especially for longer visits. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained.
The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Avenida Paulista is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is very pleasant for walking around.
I would also like to highlight the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You can really feel their attention to guests and their desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, quality, and a great location. I would gladly return again.

SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

FFei KuanL'emplacement est très bon, à côté du centre commercial, pratique pour faire du shopping et dîner, et très sûr la nuit. Il existe une grande variété de fruits pour le petit-déjeuner.
J'ai réservé 4 chambres, dont une avec départ anticipé, mais le personnel du comptoir a mal saisi le numéro de chambre de départ, ce qui a rendu la carte de chambre du client qui y séjournait impossible à utiliser et l'a dérangé.

Entretanto, na minha estadia tive um problema no quarto, no qual uma blusa sumiu. Tentei contato com a governança, abriram um chamado e não tive retorno do que poderia ter acontecido até então. Mesmo que seja uma blusa, com um valor simbólico, creio que se trate de uma questão de segurança grave.

IInvitéIl y a beaucoup de bons restaurants juste en dehors de l'entrée principale de l'hôtel. À pied dans le centre-ville. Caisse sécurisée et pick-up par voiture. Chambres sont très date. Chambres intérieures sécurisées ne fonctionnent pas. Le personnel est amical et prêt à aider, même si il ne parle pas anglais.
