L'expérience globale à l'hôtel a été absolument fantastique ! L'environnement était serein et élégant, calme et confortable. Les chambres étaient entièrement équipées et flambant neuves, avec une literie douce et confortable, et les salles de bain étaient propres, lumineuses et bien agencées. Le service était attentionné et prévenant ; Rose à la réception était chaleureuse et polie, et le personnel d'entretien était méticuleux, répondant rapidement à tous les besoins – très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner buffet offrait un large choix, incluant des plats chinois et occidentaux, avec des ingrédients frais et savoureux, nutritifs et délicieux. Un choix idéal pour les voyageurs, offrant un séjour confortable à tous points de vue et un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

L'hôtel est super ! Il y a plein de bouteilles d'eau. Par contre, si vous voyagez avec quelqu'un que vous ne connaissez pas bien, méfiez-vous de la salle de bain. Vous allez vite devenir très proches de vos compagnons de voyage ! 😏 L'emplacement est génial, en plein centre, proche de toutes les attractions, et commander un repas avec DiDi est très facile !

Je viens de séjourner dans cet hôtel et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment exceptionnel ! Je le recommande vivement ! Tout d'abord, son emplacement est incroyablement pratique. Shichangzhe est à deux pas et on trouve de nombreux restaurants et supérettes à proximité, vous n'aurez donc aucun souci pour vous restaurer, vous désaltérer ou vous déplacer. Ensuite, le service était très agréable. De l'accueil souriant à l'arrivée aux indications patientes du personnel, tout était très appréciable. La chambre, bien que petite, était impeccable, l'eau chaude et la pression étaient excellentes et le matelas offrait la fermeté idéale, pour un séjour très confortable. Surtout, le prix est incroyablement abordable ! Pour cet emplacement et ce niveau de service, il est rare de trouver un prix aussi avantageux. Pour les voyageurs au budget serré qui souhaitent tout de même un séjour confortable, c'est un excellent choix. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage dans la région et je le recommanderai à mes amis !

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Le Westin Qingdao a véritablement dépassé mes attentes ! Son emplacement est exceptionnel, juste à côté de la place du 4 mai sur Hong Kong Middle Road, avec une station de métro au pied de l'hôtel. La plage et le centre commercial MixC sont facilement accessibles à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et impeccables, la literie confortable et la vue depuis les étages supérieurs est à couper le souffle, offrant un panorama exceptionnel sur la ville et la mer. L'accueil de Kimi était chaleureux et professionnel ; un grand merci à elle pour son attention irréprochable, de l'arrivée au service en chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, et la piscine et la salle de sport sont excellentes. Idéal pour les voyages d'affaires comme pour les séjours de loisirs, je le recommande vivement !

Parfait pour prendre un vol très tôt le lendemain matin sans stresser.

L'emplacement était parfait pour une escapade en couple. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il était loin de l'agitation de la ville. Il était juste en bord de mer et proche de la montagne, où nous pouvions faire une petite balade en voiture. Le personnel de la réception était sympathique et serviable. Le seul bémol était que la plupart des restaurants de l'hôtel étaient fermés, probablement parce que nous y étions allés hors saison. Malgré cela, nous y retournerions sans hésiter ! La vue depuis notre chambre au 8e étage était spectaculaire !

Les installations sont complètes, l'attitude de la réception est très bonne, et la femme de ménage est également très prudente.Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la promenade côtière en dix minutes.Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux, ce qui est vraiment bon.

For the first few days of my stay in Qingdao, I booked the compact single room. This time, for two days, I tried the double-bed room with a table and a large window, and it is really excellent for the price. The room is extremely clean and has all the basic amenities such as a shower, dental kit, and towels. One small difference is that instead of traditional cloth towels, they provide disposable paper-fiber towels. The room is also much more spacious than the single room, even though the price increase is very small. I paid about 55 RMB for the smaller room, while this room cost around 63–64 RMB, but the size is almost double. The room has a very large window facing the road in front of the hotel. I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. There are many power outlets and switchboards, which makes it convenient for charging phones or laptops. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust. La position de l'hôtel est excellente et le transport est confortable. Le transport de l'hôtel est très confortable et le voyage est très pratique. L'environnement de l'hôtel est élégant, le service est chaleureux et attentif, la chambre est propre et propre, les installations sont complètes, le rapport coût-efficacité, l'expérience de séjour est excellente, fortement recommandée!
