抵達飯店後，旅館方只有我訂房的名字，訂房號和電話都不一樣，不知道是不是trip.com轉單給別的訂房網，櫃台確認了很久。不過因為名字是正確的，最後還是讓我們入住了。雖然飯店看起來有歲月了，但是客房和浴室整潔度還是好的，每層樓還有飲水機提供。推推~

Although hotel does not have self-service laundry, there is a self-service coin laundry just 20m around the corner with 5 washers and 6 dryers. Water pressure and hot water supply good. Counter staff friendly and helpful.

Each culvert house is Each cul-de-sac is designed as a suite. They have their own space. The culverts are fully equipped with all the necessities. All you need to do is bring your luggage and you are ready to move in.There is also the park. There is a large grass area of 1,000 pyeong for children and adults to run and play on. Children can enjoy running and playing on the grass. In the evening, you can have a barbecue area for family and friends.Gathering in the barbecue area to eat, drink and have fun. Wow! What a wonderful night. Great!

房間很大 風景很好 但床很軟 我睡不習慣 喜歡軟床就適合 床很大 我和先生很大隻還可以有空位和女兒睡 比king size 還大的感覺 有大浴缸 泡澡很舒服 缺點是360度景觀餐廳星期一、二 休息 沒吃到可惜 但位置不錯 我們出門遇到下雨天 好可惜 旁邊有個停車場 竟然遇到一個月來一次的餐車 像夜市一樣 很幸運呢 那天是我們的結婚紀念日 兒童遊戲室很好玩 有積木區 車子區 辦家家酒區 溜滑梯區 都很好玩 沒帶泳衣可惜不能下去玩水 不然應該很開心 健身房有些健身器材壞掉 跑步機 腳踏機還可以用 需要自己開冷氣 不然很熱

IInvitéComme avec les autres avis, le service ici est étonnant. Vous avez l'option de vous rendre votre petit déjeuner à votre chambre. Lorsque vous check-in, le personnel vous amènera personnellement à votre chambre. Si vous êtes arrivés tôt ou si vous envisagez de quitter le lac de la lune après avoir vérifié, vous pouvez laisser vos bagages ou bagages au personnel pour garder. Le seul con est qu'il n'y a pas de vue sur le lac, mais tout le reste est très accessible. La gare d'autobus, la gare de ferry, 7-11 et les restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Il y a aussi quelques snacks et des tasses de thé pour vous. Le répulseur électrique de mosquito est également disponible si nécessaire, mais je n'ai pas rencontré de bugs dans la chambre. La chambre est également moderne et, surtout, propre et sans bugs! Le lit est de type souple et confortable. J'ai presque dégagé pendant que je suis couché sur le lit. Wifi est fort aussi. Je recommanderais très fortement à d'autres qui envisagent de visiter le lac de la lune. Cet hôtel dispose presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin, de la convenance, du service incroyable et de bonnes nourriture.

IInvitéGreat location, super close to everything in Ita Thai. Rooms are SO SPACIOUS! I’m 5’4 and I could almost stand up in the pod. There’s even room for your bags next to the bed and the whole pod locks so you don’t have to spay for a separate locker.
Staff are friendly. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom/shower room. There’s a kitchen area on ground floor and a rooftop. It wasn’t a sociable hostel really, but I wasn’t there for that so it was perfect.

IInvitéFrom the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was attentive, approachable, and always ready to help, so you never once feel lost or helpless.
We were travelling with two elderly family members, and this made all the difference. They felt completely relaxed and safe throughout the stay, knowing they were well taken care of.
The air was fresh, the views were stunning, and the hotel itself offered a wide range of entertainment suitable for all ages. Whether you’re here to relax or to enjoy activities, there’s truly something for everyone.
It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and without a doubt, a place that is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.

IInvitéL'emplacement est super pratique. Il se trouve juste à côté de la gare routière de Shuishe et du 7 à 11. C'est très pratique pour nous qui ne pouvons arriver qu'à la tombée de la nuit pour nous enregistrer et acheter de la nourriture rapidement. La chambre a également été nettoyée le lendemain (c'était la première fois que je séjournais dans un B&B avec ce service). De plus, je me demandais où aller dîner l'après-midi et j'ai reçu un message avec des suggestions de restaurants à proximité, qui était très prévenant.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le thé est délicieux. Le service de la patronne est super !

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel est magnifique ! Je suis allé à Taïwan l'année dernière et j'ai vu cet hôtel. Je me suis dit qu'il fallait absolument que j'y retourne et que j'y séjournerai à nouveau en 2025. Aucun regret ! L'emplacement est magnifique et la chambre est fantastique ! L'accueil était également très chaleureux ! Ce que j'apprécie dans cet hôtel-boutique, c'est qu'il y a un ascenseur et un parking à seulement 1 minute à pied. Tout est vraiment magnifique, surtout pour le prix. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui conduisent et apprécient le calme et la tranquillité :)

UUtilisateur anonymeNice lake view from the lobby. Room and breakfast are ok, considered clean but a little run down. Hotel provides free bicycles for use, and the hotel is located along the most beautiful trail along sun moon lake which you can walk or cycle around (e bike is preferred as there’s plenty of upslope). Hotel also has a game room (including switch, ps4, arcade basketball and air hockey, pool and table tennis) for free play which my kids enjoyed. Nearby there’s no eateries, which is a little inconvenient. Overall good stay!

IInvitéL'emplacement est excellent, mais la chambre est un peu vieillotte. La salle de bain possède une baignoire, mais elle est exiguë ; il faut se tenir debout dans la baignoire pour prendre une douche, sinon l'espace à côté est restreint et il n'y a pas de climatisation. L'éclairage se limite à deux petits spots, ce qui rend la salle de bain très sombre. Elle est éclairée en journée, mais trop sombre pour se doucher le soir. La chambre offre une vue sur la mer, mais comme elle se trouve à un étage inférieur et qu'un panneau est visible en face, le petit-déjeuner est très basique et le choix limité. En résumé, le séjour n'a pas été très agréable.
