The hotel is ok but the room is big. The restaurant in the hotel is a must try. My daughter LOVEs every dishes she ordered. She said, this is the best food she had in Taiwan, so we had two dinners at the hotel. The location of the hotel is not great! We couldn’t get into the local buses to go to Xitou nor to Taichung because the buses were full from the original starting point. However, the hotel offers fare shuttle service to and from Xitou but not Shanlinxi. The front desk lady drove us to Xitou, she was GREAT and very accommodating, she took us to Xitou bus station outside of the normal schedule hours so we can catch the bus back to Taichung. We would come back again with our car to get to different areas in Xitou again.

We stayed one night at the Monster Village. There were shops and food stalls around the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony on the second floor overseeing the village street. Our room booking included breakfast buffet 7 am - 9 am, typical ********* breakfast items like porridge and noodles. There were multiple live performances which was pretty entertaining, but most of the activities are geared towards younger kids my tweenagers. There is a specialty Nettles bread that everyone waited in line for a fresh batch. Overall it was a fun experience and good photo spot!

Et c'est super proche du parc Xitou ~ super Il y a aussi une forêt secrète de bambous à côté. C'est un bon endroit pour prendre des photos. Le personnel de la réception au comptoir de l'hôtel est sympathique. Valeur CP du dîner👍👍👍 Au fait ~ il y a aussi du thé gratuit🍵 Les enfants adorent la chaise à bascule en bambou🫶🫶🫶

溪頭爬完山，就回民宿休息。
從8月到10月，都沒好好休息，這次一躺上床就直接睡到傍晚，久違的深層好眠。
晚餐就決定在民宿內用。
看網路上對「溪之谷餐廳」的評價極高，果然沒讓人失望，餐點一道道都讓人食指大動。
我們住的是 219號房。
躺在床上就能看到窗外景色。
10月初的天氣剛剛好，不用開電扇、不用開冷氣，空氣裡滿是大自然的芬多精。
整個人都放鬆下來，能量慢慢回到身上。
好的能量場，就是這樣自然生成的。
219的視野很好，連坐在廁所都能看到山景。
稍微看了一下 320 的雙人房，視野也不錯。
推測五樓同方向應該也有一間很棒的房型，不過這次沒特地去看房號。
在一樓喝茶、用餐的氛圍真的舒服極了。
我甚至把工作帶下樓，一邊喝茶、一邊打字，靈感不斷湧出，文思泉湧的感覺，原來就是這麼自在。
旅行不一定要遠，只要讓身心真正放鬆，就是最好的充電。

Hotel is a conveniently a stop on the bus route.
Gym is a bit lacking though (only yoga mats, treadmills, weights up to ~25kg, and one lat pulldown machine).

La chambre était propre et bien rangée L'espace est plus grand que prévu et le thé de bienvenue offert par le B&B est très délicieux L'emplacement clé est idéal, à quelques pas se trouve la station de transfert Shuishe. Le B&B a également introduit de manière proactive ce qui peut être mangé pour le dîner à proximité, qui était très chaleureux. Le B&B dispose également d'un distributeur d'eau, très pratique pour remplir d'eau chaude et froide.

L'hôtel est magnifique ! Je suis allé à Taïwan l'année dernière et j'ai vu cet hôtel. Je me suis dit qu'il fallait absolument que j'y retourne et que j'y séjournerai à nouveau en 2025. Aucun regret ! L'emplacement est magnifique et la chambre est fantastique ! L'accueil était également très chaleureux ! Ce que j'apprécie dans cet hôtel-boutique, c'est qu'il y a un ascenseur et un parking à seulement 1 minute à pied. Tout est vraiment magnifique, surtout pour le prix. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui conduisent et apprécient le calme et la tranquillité :)

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il est tout en bois et a donc beaucoup de charme. Il offre une vue sur le lac et la réception est très belle. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné et vous aidera à planifier votre séjour. Cependant, comme lu dans les commentaires précédents, l’hôtel est vieillissant. Il y a notamment des taches sur la moquette dans la chambre. Dans les parties communes, vous remarquerez des escaliers abîmées et de la peinture défraîchie. La partie spa, jacuzzi sauna, n’est pas du tout à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel, les installations sont mal entretenus et détériorés à cause de l’humidité. De même même si le personnel était très gentil, il y a des petites choses que l’on attend pour un hôtel de ce standing et pour le prix. Par exemple nous avions déposé nos bagages et quand nous sommes revenus le soir elle n’avait pas été mise dans notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas très varié. Nous devons attendre sept minutes pour avoir de l’eau chaude. La piscine est ouverte seulement de 9h à 17h mais le check in étant à 15h pour un départ le lendemain à 11h, vous n’avez pas le temps d’en profiter. Pour résumer l’hôtel à tous pour être l’un des meilleurs du coin, mais le manque d’entretien et le manque d’attention aux détails font qu’il est en plein déclin. C’est dommage.

Ssimply_mayaThis place is beautiful! Our room offers a lovely garden view, and the restaurant provides a stunning view of the mountain lake. There is an open common balcony with chairs and tables, along with a hot and cold water dispenser for guests to enjoy. While there is no air conditioning in the room, Nantou County's cooler mountain climate makes it comfortable. The bed is equipped with an electric warmer to ensure our comfort.
The owner and staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage to our room. There is also a Filipino staff member who made our stay even more enjoyable. They offer unlimited hot coffee and hot chocolate, which is a wonderful perk. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating; he even drove us to our next hotel. Thank you, Sir.🥰
Keep in mind that the hotel is situated uphill. If you don't have a car or any form of transportation, it's manageable to walk the 15 minutes downhill to the bus station, although it can be challenging with luggage. The return journey uphill can be tiring, making it less suitable for seniors. However, young people who enjoy hiking and don’t mind walking will likely appreciate the location.
Buses are available to Cingjing Farm, the Swiss Garden, and other nearby tourist spots, but access is limited without your own car. If you do have one, you will truly enjoy this beautiful place! ❤️

Un hôtel bien équipé, situé dans un quartier calme de la ville. Idéalement situé à l'écart de la route principale, il propose un excellent buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. Le service était impeccable. L'entretien des chambres pourrait être amélioré, car certains équipements, comme la moquette et la console, étaient un peu usés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'eau thermale du bain. Les enfants ont été ravis des petits pots de gelée et des biscuits offerts chaque jour.
