This is our first time staying in a high class hotel. It certainly felt luxurious, wonderful rooms and excellent service. The attentivness of the staff was fantastic and the buffet in the Crimson Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic many many options all of which were high quality, fresh and tasty! The gym for a luxurious hotel was a let down, incredibly basic, but that is my only complaint. The onson baths were magnificent, the naked hot spring onson on site was nice, The views from every room as far as I cab tell are amazing the lake is and landscape is breathtaking and the hotel is cleverly designed to maximise this and the viewing of the landscapes. We stayed in a japanese based room with tatami floors and futon beds. The lake view rooms are significantly nicer and upon reflection I wish I had booked that one, but the japanese rooms was still a great experience and very comfortable. If we were to return to sunmoon we would gladly stay here again. The real highlights are the staff, the landscape/views and the buffet. All make for an unforgettable stay.

La chambre était propre et bien rangée L'espace est plus grand que prévu et le thé de bienvenue offert par le B&B est très délicieux L'emplacement clé est idéal, à quelques pas se trouve la station de transfert Shuishe. Le B&B a également introduit de manière proactive ce qui peut être mangé pour le dîner à proximité, qui était très chaleureux. Le B&B dispose également d'un distributeur d'eau, très pratique pour remplir d'eau chaude et froide.

This place is beautiful! Our room offers a lovely garden view, and the restaurant provides a stunning view of the mountain lake. There is an open common balcony with chairs and tables, along with a hot and cold water dispenser for guests to enjoy. While there is no air conditioning in the room, Nantou County's cooler mountain climate makes it comfortable. The bed is equipped with an electric warmer to ensure our comfort. The owner and staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage to our room. There is also a Filipino staff member who made our stay even more enjoyable. They offer unlimited hot coffee and hot chocolate, which is a wonderful perk. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating; he even drove us to our next hotel. Thank you, Sir.🥰 Keep in mind that the hotel is situated uphill. If you don't have a car or any form of transportation, it's manageable to walk the 15 minutes downhill to the bus station, although it can be challenging with luggage. The return journey uphill can be tiring, making it less suitable for seniors. However, young people who enjoy hiking and don’t mind walking will likely appreciate the location. Buses are available to Cingjing Farm, the Swiss Garden, and other nearby tourist spots, but access is limited without your own car. If you do have one, you will truly enjoy this beautiful place! ❤️

Un hôtel bien équipé, situé dans un quartier calme de la ville. Idéalement situé à l'écart de la route principale, il propose un excellent buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. Le service était impeccable. L'entretien des chambres pourrait être amélioré, car certains équipements, comme la moquette et la console, étaient un peu usés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'eau thermale du bain. Les enfants ont été ravis des petits pots de gelée et des biscuits offerts chaque jour.

Chambre très spacieuse et agréable pour séjourner et admirer le lever du soleil depuis le balcon. Je reviendrai sans hésiter ! ☺️

Chambre Double avec Vue sur le Lac ~ Depuis le balcon, la vue sur la jetée de Shuishe est très belle ! Il y a un distributeur d'eau dans la chambre, les installations sont correctes et le petit-déjeuner est simple et délicieux dans des styles chinois et occidentaux ! Dans l'ensemble, pas mal !

C'est très pratique. La nourriture à l'hôtel est correcte. Les toilettes sont propres. La chambre est bien rangée.

L'emplacement est super. Proche de tout. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le lit est confortable et propre. J'ai eu tout ce dont j'avais besoin.
