L'ensemble est correct, un inconvénient est que la taille du matelas est plus petite que la taille du cadre du lit, il est donc facile de se faire mal aux jambes lorsqu'elles heurtent le cadre du lit. Nos collègues qui vivaient avec nous l'ont tous rencontré et leurs jambes ont été blessées.

Dans la région des riches, dans le bâtiment de bureau, il y a des plats japonais, des plats mexicains, des plats locaux du Sud-Amérique, très pratique, le service est gentil et attentif. Recommandé.

Mieux que prévu! La chambre est super, la salle de bain extrêmement belle et le personnel est le plus gentil.

Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

Super service et très aimable. Arrangeant sur la garde des bagages et les horaires du Check in . Design épuré et moderne, les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Le prix est plus que correct pour la qualité . Et toutes les services au alentours, et surtout la bonne ambiance dans les alentours. Je recommande

Our experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma mère. Il est très bien situé, tout près de l'aéroport et à quelques rues de la station Transmilenio « El Campín Stadium ». Un centre commercial se trouve également à proximité. J'y étais un mercredi, il n'y avait donc pas beaucoup de musique, mais j'imagine que cela peut être assez bruyant le week-end, car il y a de nombreuses boîtes de nuit dans les environs. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et la chambre correcte. Je dois dire que cet hôtel ressemble davantage à un motel ou à une chambre d'hôtes, car il est extrêmement basique. Il n'y a aucune décoration ni aucun espace de vie accueillant ; il convient donc pour une ou deux nuits, mais pas pour des vacances. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ni de personnel pour porter les bagages ; ma mère a donc porté ma valise jusqu'au troisième étage, et la réceptionniste et moi avons monté les bagages jusqu'à la chambre. La pression de l'eau est excellente et l'hôtel dispose d'eau chaude. Il y a également la télévision par satellite avec des chaînes en anglais et en espagnol. Je ne sais pas si le personnel de l'hôtel parle anglais, car je parle espagnol. Dans l'ensemble, c'était bien, car le quartier est sûr et proche de la plupart des endroits que je souhaitais visiter, comme Monserrate.

The location in Candelaria district is perfect, they provide a relatively good breakfast and have a daily room service. That’s all on the good side. There is a lot on the bad side. My room was on the first floor (meaning the second after “planta baja”, so both windows look at atrium where the hotel cafe is, so you hear whatever is happening in the cafe and reception all the time 24/7 and that means talks, piano, calls…there is no sound proofing at all. That’s not all, you also smell whatever they cook in the kitchen and I guess they are not enforcing because in my bathroom I kept smelling tabaco smoke as if I am in packed smoking room in the airport. Also the room probably was nicely furnished 20 years ago but it is all worn out completely, things are virtually falling apart. Seriously..I had plank if the vanity falling when tried to place towel on the hanger and if you seat in the armchair you just sink into it so old and worn out it is. Because of the position of the bed, the cabinet door cannot be opened. There is no kettle, iron, or ironing board in the room. To sum up, the hotel might be an option if you are here for a short stay and it is offered cheap (as it was in my case) but I strongly recommend against staying there longer.
