XXiejunwen sevenDans la région des riches, dans le bâtiment de bureau, il y a des plats japonais, des plats mexicains, des plats locaux du Sud-Amérique, très pratique, le service est gentil et attentif. Recommandé.

GGuest UserL'ensemble est correct, un inconvénient est que la taille du matelas est plus petite que la taille du cadre du lit, il est donc facile de se faire mal aux jambes lorsqu'elles heurtent le cadre du lit. Nos collègues qui vivaient avec nous l'ont tous rencontré et leurs jambes ont été blessées.

AAmybellOur experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

IInvitéThe location in Candelaria district is perfect, they provide a relatively good breakfast and have a daily room service. That’s all on the good side.
There is a lot on the bad side. My room was on the first floor (meaning the second after “planta baja”, so both windows look at atrium where the hotel cafe is, so you hear whatever is happening in the cafe and reception all the time 24/7 and that means talks, piano, calls…there is no sound proofing at all. That’s not all, you also smell whatever they cook in the kitchen and I guess they are not enforcing because in my bathroom I kept smelling tabaco smoke as if I am in packed smoking room in the airport.
Also the room probably was nicely furnished 20 years ago but it is all worn out completely, things are virtually falling apart. Seriously..I had plank if the vanity falling when tried to place towel on the hanger and if you seat in the armchair you just sink into it so old and worn out it is. Because of the position of the bed, the cabinet door cannot be opened.
There is no kettle, iron, or ironing board in the room.
To sum up, the hotel might be an option if you are here for a short stay and it is offered cheap (as it was in my case) but I strongly recommend against staying there longer.

MMileKruminaJ'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma mère. Il est très bien situé, tout près de l'aéroport et à quelques rues de la station Transmilenio « El Campín Stadium ». Un centre commercial se trouve également à proximité. J'y étais un mercredi, il n'y avait donc pas beaucoup de musique, mais j'imagine que cela peut être assez bruyant le week-end, car il y a de nombreuses boîtes de nuit dans les environs. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et la chambre correcte. Je dois dire que cet hôtel ressemble davantage à un motel ou à une chambre d'hôtes, car il est extrêmement basique. Il n'y a aucune décoration ni aucun espace de vie accueillant ; il convient donc pour une ou deux nuits, mais pas pour des vacances. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ni de personnel pour porter les bagages ; ma mère a donc porté ma valise jusqu'au troisième étage, et la réceptionniste et moi avons monté les bagages jusqu'à la chambre. La pression de l'eau est excellente et l'hôtel dispose d'eau chaude. Il y a également la télévision par satellite avec des chaînes en anglais et en espagnol. Je ne sais pas si le personnel de l'hôtel parle anglais, car je parle espagnol. Dans l'ensemble, c'était bien, car le quartier est sûr et proche de la plupart des endroits que je souhaitais visiter, comme Monserrate.

IInvitéI really wanted to like this place. I specifically chose it because of its location in La candelaria close to everything and because of it's historical significance as a colonial house with unique decorations and furniture. And that aspect was fine. What was not fine were the rooms. I was first taken to room 19, the last room on the second floor which has a large balcony opening that looks over the courtyard. The problem is that the door does not seal tightly and the weather was quite cold, rainy and damp. The room was freezing and so I asked for a room heater which was inefficient because it did not radiate any heat it just simply warmed up. In addition to that, apparently there was a pigeon nest on the other side of the wall and I can hear them cooing, moving, scratching and chirping. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she told me about Las Palomas and assured me that they would not make noise at night. I was extremely uncomfortable and freezing cold the entire night and the next day I spoke to the clerk and asked that my room be moved. He agreed and told me to come back at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. I came back at 5:00 and was told by another woman that it would not be possible for my room to be moved and after I explained the situation she brought me to room 18 right next door. It seemed fine and I agreed to stay there. It rained overnight and when I woke up in the morning the nightstand next to the bed was soaking wet. The roof had leaked onto the nightstand.. Thank goodness my phone was not there. In addition there was a light outside the door that kept blinking on and off and was very disturbing. At that point I asked for my room to be changed again and I was brought downstairs a very nice large room, which they called a suite, although it was really just one large room. That room was warmer and much more comfortable. I stayed there another two nights. Meals were taken outside with a plexiglass covering to shield against the rain. It was very cold outside and as mentioned before the weather was damp and rainy. The food was homemade which was nice, but it was the same menu every day. I specifically wanted to mention Erika. She was very sweet and did whatever she could to accommodate me, but the house is really in need of maintenance, and because of that I would not come here again unfortunately. It has great potential but the weather in Bogota is cold and damp and leaking roofs and drafty windows do not make for a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserHôtel du centre-ville établi de longue date (à ne pas confondre avec son homonyme l'hôtel Tequendama, situé à un pâté de maisons). L'emplacement est pratique pour accéder aux transports en commun et à l'aéroport - même si cela peut au début sembler un peu intimidant, surtout la nuit, lorsque le quartier est beaucoup plus calme et qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options pour se restaurer. L'hôtel lui-même propose des chambres spacieuses de style suite qui, bien qu'un peu datées, sont bien entretenues et très propres. Je n'ai pas non plus entendu de bruit de la part des autres clients. Le WiFi était un peu irrégulier et l'eau chaude pouvait prendre un certain temps à fonctionner (peut-être parce que j'étais à un étage supérieur). Le petit-déjeuner était copieux avec un certain nombre de plats locaux, qui pour moi étaient un peu lourds - donc peut-être que des options plus légères pourraient être envisagées. Je n'ai pas utilisé la salle de sport ni le spa, donc je ne peux pas commenter. Enfin, tout le personnel avec lequel j'ai eu des contacts était très accessible et professionnel. Je communiquais généralement en espagnol, mais je pense que le personnel de la réception avait au moins des compétences en anglais. Dans l'ensemble, je considère que l'hôtel offrait un bon rapport qualité-prix pour le prix que j'ai payé (environ 43 £ par nuit)
