Hôtels près de Place Fatahillah, West Jakarta

I’ve stayed at Pullman on several occasions, and the staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. However, this particular stay was more challenging than my previous experiences. Upon checking in, I encountered several issues with the room. The shower head was dripping, the sliding door to the bathroom was faulty, and the air conditioning was not cooling sufficiently. To the hotel's credit, these issues were attended to promptly. Unfortunately, the sliding door malfunctioned again later during my stay, although it was repaired quickly once more. As I was staying for 12 days, I was disappointed to learn that the complimentary laundry service is only available for bookings made directly through the hotel. I had initially tried to book directly through the hotel via the Citibank Concierge service, but unfortunately, no rooms were available through that channel, so I had to make my reservation through an alternative booking platform. Given the circumstances and the length of my stay, I had hoped the hotel could have extended the complimentary laundry service as a goodwill gesture. I would also like to thank the hotel for the complimentary beer and food platter provided over the weekend. It was a thoughtful gesture and was very much appreciated. Lastly, there was a fire incident on the final day of my stay, which was understandably quite alarming and left a lasting impression. Despite these setbacks, Pullman remains one of my favourite hotels because of its excellent service and welcoming staff. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to invest in upgrading its facilities and strengthening its safety and security standards so that guests can continue to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay. I look forward to returning in the future and having an even better experience.

J'ai adoré la suite familiale. Les enfants ont adoré leur propre chambre et leur coin détente. Le séjour est un peu petit, mais les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. L'hôtel est super, juste à côté d'un centre commercial. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques à faire. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un hôtel génial à proximité du centre commercial Central Park et un délicieux petit-déjeuner

Le petit déjeuner est bon et ça vaut le coup. J'aime l'emplacement car c'est une ligne droite vers le centre-ville de Jakarta. Quartier chinois à proximité. Doit améliorer leurs bouilloires. L'un des meilleurs séjours à Jakarta.

Mon hôtel habituel lors de mes séjours à Jakarta. 1. Chambre calme et bien insonorisée. 2. Petit-déjeuner excellent et varié. 3. Hall d'entrée majestueux. 4. Accueil chaleureux.

Great stay. Front desk staff were very helpful and helped me to get my Grab. Room is big and clean, comes with smart TV which is a bonus. Unfortunately not so soundproof so I was woken up by vacuuming sounds around 8am in the morning, but overall not a big deal.

L'emplacement était idéal. Tout était à proximité. Il faut un taxi, mais c'est quand même nécessaire dans une grande ville. La chambre était correcte, mais basique. Nous avons juste trouvé bizarre qu'ils aient frappé tôt pour appeler le ménage alors que nous nous préparions. Nous leur avons demandé de revenir, mais ils ne sont jamais venus. Nous avons donc eu des détritus et un lit sale pendant tout notre séjour. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de petites fourmis dans la chambre et le lavabo. L'évacuation de l'eau de la douche et du lavabo était mauvaise, mais la pression de l'eau était bonne.
