IInvitéL'hôtel était propre et beau. L'équipe était amicale et utile. Mlle Kusum était très gentille et professionnelle et même change la chambre en fonction de nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner était avec une bonne diffusion comme d'habitude pour les normes JW. Seul le retour, trop d'invités. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

J'ai récemment achevé mon séjour à Fairfield par Marriott Kolkata, réservé par votre plate-forme.
Le taux cité sur Trip.com était environ 40% supérieur au prix offert directement par l'hôtel pour la même catégorie de chambre et les dates de séjour. Cette différence est importante et franchement inattendue, surtout si je suis un membre de la plateforme Diamond.
En tant que membre précieux, j'attends Trip.com de fournir des taux concurrentiels ou préférentiels, ne dépassant pas ce que propose la propriété elle-même.

I recently stayed for one night at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata and would rate my overall experience as a 6 out of 10. The hotel has a lot going for it, especially in terms of its location and general ambiance, but there are also a few aspects that could use improvement.
To begin with the positives, the hotel is situated in a very convenient and well-connected area. Being close to central Kolkata, it’s easy to access various parts of the city, whether for business or leisure. The immediate surroundings are pleasant and relatively peaceful, which added to the comfort of the stay.
The room provided was decent—clean, well-organized, and equipped with the expected amenities for a four-star property. The bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate lighting and storage space. The bathroom was functional and clean, although not particularly luxurious. In terms of comfort and upkeep, the room met my expectations.
One feature I particularly appreciated was the hotel’s gym facility. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a decent range of equipment for a quick workout. For a short stay, it was more than sufficient and a welcome amenity for anyone looking to stay active while traveling.
However, one significant downside was the dining experience. The biggest letdown was the limited food choices, especially in the set dinner menu. While the staff were polite and the service was timely, the menu lacked variety and felt quite restrictive. For a property of this category, I had expected a broader range of options, including some regional or seasonal specials. The lack of flexibility and limited appeal of the dinner options certainly took away from an otherwise comfortable stay. It might not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but for those who enjoy exploring a hotel’s culinary offerings, this can be a sore point.
The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. There was a general air of professionalism throughout the hotel staff, which contributed positively to the experience.
In conclusion, Kenilworth Hotel offers a reliable and comfortable stay with the added benefit of a good location and useful amenities like the gym. However, the lackluster food options—especially in the set dinner menu—stand out as an area that needs improvement. With a little more attention to dining and guest preferences, the hotel could elevate its overall appeal. For now, I would consider it a decent option for short stays, especially if dining isn’t your top priority.

GgerardVery friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

IInvitéClean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff

JJason2023Good location for tourist spots but quite noisy if you don't like the constant noise of beeping horns from the nearby road (not sure if it is even possible to escape this in India). It did get better between say 10.30pm and 8am). The train (immediately outside the hotel entrance) screeches by but not frequently, boat engines can be heard in the distance but it's on a river 😅. It was a bit of a party boat on some nights (loud and late disco noise if there is an event). The noise stopped at around 9pm one night but went on much later on another night; if your room is close to the bar it may be an issue was wasn't too bad for me as i use ear plugs. The most irritating noise, believe it or not, is people shouting or having loud conversations in the corridors. The room is 3* and there is no safe for your passport, cash, cards etc. The pillows, bed covers and floors were't cleaned particularly well. I had to help myself to consumables from the corridor as they weren't topped up by cleaners. Anyway, a very brief stay could be a good experience, one night maybe.I am pleased to have had the experience and despite the shortfalls would probably recommend it as a one off unique experience, for one or two nights. The breakfast was very good with lovely river views and a chill atmosphere.

IInvitéNous avons réservé une nuit ici à l'hôtel Holiday Inn Kolkata. J'ai également séjourné à Holiday Inn chennai. Cependant, les normes de nettoyage et d'équipements ainsi que la chambre, les équipements de la salle de bain et le sol étaient faibles et certaines zones se sentaient aussi sans santé. Le sol de la chambre n'avait pas de nettoyage.
Ils ont aussi une table de lit entourée sur notre lit, que je leur ai demandé de retirer et ils l'ont très rapidement et très attentivement changé.
Les murs étaient dépourvus de lustre et nous avons payé environ 62 euros. Peut-être devront-ils vérifier les normes d'autres hôtels de vacances comme à Chennai.
La nourriture que nous avons commandée était jolie. 10/10 sur cela.
Mais en quelque sorte, la marque que Holiday Inn est et que nous avons connue à Kolkata était une énorme incompatibilité.
J'espère qu'ils regardent tout cela.

IInvitéHotel is nearby birla school, mint o park. Park street and Arselan biryani ( park circus) is walkable distance. Theater road join birla platarium. Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.
