Hôtels près de Port de Mestre, Venise

C'était notre premier séjour à Venise et nous étions ravis d'avoir réservé cet hôtel. C'est un bel hôtel, propre et idéalement situé en centre-ville. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Le personnel et les propriétaires étaient exceptionnellement accueillants et serviables. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain voyage à Venise. Un grand merci !

Merveilleux hôtel et personnel, en particulier Valentina, le concierge était d'une grande aide ! Belles chambres !

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à l'hôtel Hampton by Hilton Venice et avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout s'est déroulé à merveille, de l'arrivée au départ. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, ce qui nous a permis de nous détendre après une journée de découverte de Venise. Le petit-déjeuner était également un point fort : frais, délicieux et varié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, notamment si vous arrivez ou partez de l'aéroport ou du train, et le service de navette le rend encore plus accessible. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour confortable et sans stress près de Venise !

L'hôtel est sur une autre île donc il faut prendre le bateau ! L'hôtel est très grand et la chambre est incroyable ! Tout est propre et proche, mais le processus d'enregistrement a pris beaucoup de temps. J'ai attendu presque 20 minutes :( à part ça, je recommanderais quand même cet hôtel !

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour. Kindest regards

La chambre a été surclassée, donc c'était confortable. L'emplacement est loin de la gare, mais il est proche du centre, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier des restaurants.

Belle emplacement et la chambre est serré pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner agréable mais pas locale. En tout cas on a passé une séjour agréable avec une vue splendide du coucher du soleil les soir!

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel. La chambre est très grande et propre. Le personnel est très attentif et dispose de nourriture sans gluten. En outre, il est très proche du pont de l'Académie qui traverse le grand canal. Ils ont également un restaurant dans le même hôtel. C'est pourquoi je le recommande à 100%.
