Accueil chaleureux, hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix, propreté impeccable et décoration soignée, mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner : varié et de grande qualité. Nous avons également profité du spa, gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel, pour un moment de pure détente. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Riga.

Hotel staff was very welcoming at check in and provided a map of Old Riga and made suggestions for things to see and do. The room itself is clean and includes all necessary amenities. If you plan to do laundry, there’s a 4.50 euro charge to enter the laundry room and then you can use it as much as you want. Bring your own detergent! Great location In the heart of Old Riga by the House of Blackheads. Walking distance within a lot of attractions , especially the Christmas market if you’re visiting in the winter time. It’s also around the corner from the famous Ala Pagrabs. It’s been full every time I went so I had to settle for a seat at the bar which is not very comfortable! Eating out can become expensive so I appreciated being near Rimi Express to buy drinks and snacks that I could put in the mini fridge.

An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . . Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available. The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was. Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'une situation idéale, en plein cœur de la vieille ville. La chambre est spacieuse et propre.

The Pullman is a very upscale hotel, centrally located in the old town of Riga. Getting here from the airport was easy, and the check-in was smooth. The staff greeted me with a smile and provided tips about Riga. The room was clean, spacious and you could tell its been recently renovated. The Spa facilities left a bit to be desired, with a tiny pool and a sauna that didn't get too hot. Still, the restaraunt in the hotel made up for it with excellent food and service. For the price paid I was blown away. Would definitely stay again.

La ville est très bien située à 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et se trouve dans une zone tranquille de la route principale. J'ai réussi à perdre cette email quand j'ai arrivé et les hôtes étaient extrêmement rapides à m'aider à sortir. L'appartement est confortable et idéal pour les voyageurs ou les couples. La télévision est disponible sur Internet, très bien pour Netflix ou Youtube. Les chambres sont très confortables et très confortables.

À l'auberge de jeunesse Central Youth Hostel en Lettonie, j'ai ressenti la chaleur et le plaisir d'être chez moi ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel de la réception m'a accueilli avec des sourires radieux et un enthousiasme communicatif, m'offrant du thé et, avec une attention délicate, des fruits et des en-cas, dissipant instantanément la fatigue du voyage. La générosité et la prévenance du personnel étaient impressionnantes ; ils ont répondu rapidement à toutes mes demandes, de la consigne à bagages à l'organisation de mon itinéraire, mettant chaque client à l'aise grâce à leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance. La cuisine commune de l'auberge était entièrement équipée et l'espace commun confortable a contribué à la réussite de mon séjour. Son emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la gare centrale et de la vieille ville, offrait un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ce séjour m'a fait comprendre que Central Youth Hostel n'est pas qu'une simple auberge, mais un véritable foyer loin de chez soi. Je la recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs en quête de qualité et de confort !

Très bel hôtel. Très bon accueil. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et nous avons payé juste 10 euros supplémentaires pour bénéficier de la chambre dans l'immédiat. C'est très correct. Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Très bon emplacement. Rien à dire, parfait

Des prestations merveilleuses. Même si l’emplacement n’est pas le meilleur, cela n’a pas gêné le sentiment du client dans son ensemble. Au fait, le personnel était vraiment sympa.
