I had a great stay at Seda BGC from 17–25 May. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to Bonifacio High Street, restaurants, shops, and business offices within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the bed was comfortable for a longer visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were well-kept. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, Seda BGC provided a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would gladly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting BGC.

Appartement super bien situé dans le quartier BCG. Il y a tout à proximité (magasins, restaurants...). C'était très propre.

La description de l'appartement est incorrecte et fausse. Nous avons été conseillés ”Si vous voulez le 3 br Je suggère d'annuler la réservation et de réserver et de réserver la Standard Family Suite” que nous avons fait et il est apparu que la troisième chambre que nous avons est une chambre d'utilité,, avec une machine à laver et juste un ventilateur dans la chambre sans fenêtres et très petites, et il a mentionné 2 lits futon qui étaient mauvais. Au lieu de cela, il y avait un lit de bébé. La chambre était stuffy, odeur, pas de climatisation. Nous avons fini de louer une autre chambre pour le troisième. Il est bon que la troisième chambre soit insuffisante dans la description plutôt que de mettre des informations trompeuses. Les chambres sont normales et satisfont à nos attentes.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The unit was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in one place.

Nous avons décidé de réserver un hôtel près de BGC pour un événement, sachant que nous serions en retard. Je suis si heureux de trouver cet endroit! C'est un hôtel très abordable dans la région qui offre une vibe confortable mais luxueuse. Le lit était tout à fait confortable. Nous avons réservé une chambre standard et il était incroyablement budget-amical. Le climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement et nous donnait le confort exact que nous avons besoin. Plus, la taille de la chambre est juste pour deux personnes. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Leur Wi-Fi est incroyablement rapide fortement recommandé pour tout le monde qui cherche à rester et travailler ! Ils ont également un restaurant intérieur que tout le monde peut profiter. Globalement, je recommande très fortement cet hôtel !

C'est agréable et amusant. C'est proche de tous les endroits où je veux aller. J'y retournerai la prochaine fois avec ma famille ! 🩵

I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight . Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country Like USA(I am Asian and American raised ) As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs: Promptness Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME (Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late . I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

Don’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.
