La cohérence, le confort, le service de qualité auraient pu être parfaits si il y avait une piscine. Contrôle et vérification est rapide et fluide. La nourriture est vraiment bonne. Le lieu est plus précieux que ce que vous payez. La location est très confortable car il y a des restaurants, cafés, atms à proximité. La distance de marche de Mcdonalds.La chambre est propre et gardée confortable avec des toilettes complètes. J'aime les couchers et tout comme tout hôtel Seda leur service est excellent! Et si quelque chose que je voudrais recommander à la direction est de vérifier le plus petit problème avec la pression de l'eau.

Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. Best location in the city, with walkable attractions, and situated in the city center. The room and facilities are well-maintained, with exceptional service from food servers, waiters, and receptionists who are very accommodating and speak good English.

Positives: - cleanliness - drinking water provided on corridor - good Aircon Negatives: - outdated poor condition facilities (shower, taps, furniture) - variable quality internet - no cutlery, no plates - the advertised western breakfast is Filipino breakfast options only in reality - coffee was offered for 1 day for my entire stay, no top up, no tea - no cleaning of room offered, happened

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

Budget-friendly and very accessible location, perfect for travelers who just need a place to rest. The air-conditioning works well and keeps the room cold. Don’t expect luxury, but it delivers the basics for the price. Rooms are simple, so it’s better not to bring heavy luggage, although the staff are very helpful and will assist in bringing your bags to your room. The team is warm, accommodating, and easy to approach. They also offer cold beverages at the counter, which is convenient, and provide drop-off service starting at 7:00 AM. Overall, a good option for short stays and budget travelers looking for convenience and friendly service.

The staff was friendly.. i've booked here before and the service was good.. only towel was provided and no others.. the place was good... The room was located in the 3rd floor and you need to use stairs only but it is ok.. i should say that i will still choose to stay in Reddoorz ledesco..
