IInvitéEtt hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends.
The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable.
My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability…

IInvitéBon emplacement central. Je venais de descendre d'un long bus de nuit et je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à 7 h du matin. Étonnamment, le personnel nous a permis de nous enregistrer. Quel plaisir de pouvoir prendre une douche rapide et se reposer un peu. Le personnel était serviable et les jeux dans le hall étaient vraiment amusants.
Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et le restaurant de l'hôtel est également un bon endroit pour dîner.

IInvitéGreat location for walking to stores and restaurants. Some of the front staff were extremely accommodating and there were others who were not. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. Oscar was amazing, accommodating and very kind. He would be one of the top reasons we would stay there again! Another plus is there was ice on the main floor in the hallway and a really great rooftop location to sit on the fourth floor. Beds are extremely comfortable, but truthfully most beds in the Scandinavian countries I’ve been to are. Remember, there is no air conditioning. We just asked for another fan and we were fine. :-)

WWaiLocated on the island in the older district of Stockholm. Near to the commuter train station that took me to Uppsala. Has lots of food outlets nearby. Did not spend time at the shops. Otherwise clean and nice hotel on the Main Street.

Le chauffage de la pièce est suffisant mais il n'y a pas de rideaux. Quelqu'un nettoiera les parties communes tous les jours.
De plus, il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Vous devez vous présenter au comptoir pour utiliser votre passeport ou votre pièce d'identité comme caution.
Cependant, l'attitude à la porte d'identité au comptoir est assez décontractée et j'ai l'impression que je pourrais la perdre accidentellement🙃

SShanghai based coupleI stayed here with my mom who is from Sweden and is 79 years old but was travelling from the UK where she now lives. We were visiting family, both in and around Stockholm. This was an important trip for her, and me and we really needed it to go well.
Given such high expectations and unusual requirements because of my mom’s her age, we were really surprised by how well this hotel delivered and absolutely delighted with our stay.
The location was flawless and allowed her to see and do things nearby unassisted, while also allowing us to use the train from the main train station 5 minutes away to go to a nearby town, as well as within walking distance to meet her old school friends in a quintessentially Swedish coffee shop in the centre of town.
Breakfast was very authentically Swedish, but it was a bit odd that they didn’t have limpa bread. Otherwise an excellent selection of Scandinavian food that was delicious and filling. The view to the Stadshuset (Stoholm’s City Hall) where the majority of the Nobel prizes are given out from in the restaurant was really charming.
The rooms were spacious and finished to a really high standard.
The service and the staff were fantastic, including Marcus who met us at the door and helped with out bags, as well as Hannah and George. We cannot thank the whole team enough for thoughtful and awesome work to make such an important trip so memorable, easy and enjoyable.

IInvitéI had a fantastic stay at Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan right in the heart of Stockholm. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from great shopping streets, excellent restaurants, and easy access to public transport, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many attractions like Nybroviken, Strandvägen promenade, and the metro are within walking distance, so it was incredibly convenient for sightseeing.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from check‑in to offering local tips. They made me feel truly welcome, and service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with modern design details that gave it a chic, Scandinavian vibe. While European city hotels sometimes have smaller rooms, everything felt well‑organized and cozy, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet — it offered a variety of tasty choices and was a great way to start each morning before heading out to explore.
The hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant downstairs, perfect for grabbing a drink or dinner without going far. The overall vibe of the property was modern and fun, making the stay feel more like a memorable experience than just another hotel visit.
Overall, I would highly recommend Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan to anyone visiting Stockholm — especially if you want a stylish, centrally located hotel with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

IInvitéIl existe de nombreux endroits à visiter à Stockholm. La ville est à la fois moderne et historique, et les différents musées et attractions vous divertiront. L'auberge de jeunesse est très propre et bien rangée, et les installations sont très pratiques. Il est très confortable de séjourner. Ce qui mérite particulièrement d'être mentionné, c'est que le patron a été très sympathique et m'a offert un livre à la fin, ce qui m'a vraiment fait chaud au cœur. Si vous envisagez de voyager à Stockholm, je recommande cet endroit, où vous pourrez non seulement profiter de la beauté de la ville, mais aussi vivre une expérience d'hébergement chaleureuse.

En particulier, le lit est très confortable et je dors bien pour la première fois depuis longtemps.
La cuisine est également équipée d'un mobilier, large, propre et facile à utiliser.
J'ai réservé une chambre générale pour hommes et femmes, mais il m'a dit que le seul homme était le jour et qu'il payait des frais supplémentaires pour changer de chambre.
Le défaut est que je dois payer 1000 yens supplémentaires pour louer les lits.
