It was clean and not so expensive. The room was big and there’re water bottles. You can’t get the new bottles but refill the water in the lobby. You can get a free drink or snack just one time!

Un endroit idéal pour séjourner au centre de la ville. Les employés sont très serviables. De même, leurs invités sont des gens honnêtes. À distance de marche de partout. La propreté est incroyable.

L'une des plus grandes chambres dans lesquelles j'ai jamais séjourné en tant que voyageur seul ! La chambre est assez spacieuse avec un canapé et un bureau en plus de l'essentiel. La salle de bain était vraiment grande aussi ! La salle de sport était bien équipée avec différentes machines. Je le recommanderais.

Le service de la réception est très bon, la chambre est propre, la chambre est équipée de salle de bain gratuite, le check-in sera fourni à 2 litres d'eau, et une boisson de bienvenue, 5 － 7 points, un verre de vin rouge gratuit pour l'hôte, et un transport gratuit pour les attractions voisines. Le site de l'hôtel est très pratique, il y a une gare de bus à 100 mètres, supermarché. Cette entrée a juste un peu de paysage aiguille. Il est recommandé de prendre en considération le voyage à Seattle.

Huge shout out to Natalia for providing such a great customer service over the period that I had stayed in the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered my breakfast to-go-to coffee and this makes me feel assured as a guest staying in the hotel despite of the morning crowd in the morning; she maintained professional and treated every single guest with a smile. Great job to Natalia! And i would like to also compliment another staff whom I didnt manage to get her name - she was stationed at the front desk on 2 June ard 1230pm and 9 June at around 9.45pm, she helped me alot when I first arrived into Seattle. What a great stay!

Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

Très bonne expérience !! C'est assez bon marché mais il y a un bon environnement.

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

房間非常乾淨，裝修很新，有足夠地方放兩個大行李箱。廁所不在房間內，需要走出公眾地方，問題不大。一樓有洗衣房和廚房，餐具廚具焗爐都有。
