IInvitéI stayed in CitizenM with my wife and one of my friend from May 15-22 for a conference at Moscone Center. The location is quite strategic; not only is it walkable to the Moscone Center from here, but also it is walkable to several places you should go to in San Francisco, such as Union Square, starting point for the renowned cable car, SF MOMA, and Yerba Buena Garden. There are also several public transportation accessible nearby, such as BART, Metro, Muni buses, streetcars, and cable cars, so it is very strategic for sightseeing around San Francisco. The facilities offered by the hotel are quite complete for my needs. The room is neat, albeit not so vast, and quite high tech, since there is an Ipad in the room that acts as the command control to the room, so you can control the TV, the curtain, the lamp, even when you want your room to be cleaned from that Ipad. There is also a gym that is open 24 hours with several devices and a water station. Its co-working space is also neatly designed and very comfy. There is a restaurant in the hotel, dubbed canteenM. It provides breakfast, and there are also several foods and beverages that can be ordered. Other than that, the hotel staff are very helpful. They told us that we can ask for water in the canteen and they will provide it. Sometimes we also asked them for help with providing hot water for us making instant noodles, and they helped us. They also showed us a microwave that can be used. If there is one thing that can be improved; since we stayed for quite a long time, we noticed that the breakfast options, although still quite various, are quite similar from day to day; scrambled egg, chicken sausage (oh it's so delicious it is to die for!), bagel, toast, pastries, salad station, cheese, and smoked salmon. There is also bacon, ham, and salami in the option (obviously I cannot eat it). Oh, there are some beverages also, like coffee, tea, and juice. You can order some of the coffee (try ice mocha with half and half and additional chocolate, if I may recommend). One thing that may be different is one day they served roasted tomatoes, another day they served roasted potatoes. There is also some variety in the pastries, but that's it. If I may suggest, maybe you can add one or two options of foods that reflect the diversity of San Francisco, like maybe some Latino foods on one day, Chinese food on another, or Italian, Filipino, Vietnamese, or others. This kind of additional variety may spice up our breakfast options, especially for someone staying for quite a long time like us. Overall, a very nice experience at CitizenM San Francisco. Keep up the good job!

IInvitéTrès cher pour un B&B. Bon endroit dans le quartier Castro/Mission près du parc Dolores. Gestion bien entretenue et raisonnable. We arrived at the lobby and there is one front desk present ( Dally) who is assisting two or three more guest then I saw this online checkin kiosk I opt to used it for convenience so I input my info and the machine confirmed my reservation and requesting me to pay the resorts fee and security deposit which is not yet paid so I inserted my card then this Guy from the front desk loudly said don’t used that it will double charge you. So I quickly removed my card but the transaction have been processed so I have no choice but to finish my transaction and get our key cards then he keep saying I can’t help you now Cant help you now with a RUDE tone and he also went in-front of me telling You DID that too yourself And Can’t help you now …. I’m about to get mad because of his rude attitude towards me. then Bryan arrived he was very hospitable help us out and explained the charge to us and Confirm that there is NO DOUBLE Charge he also mention the name of his rude colleague who is dallie or dally Please take AXIOM because this employee doesn’t know what he saying with his rude attitude toward me … As a hospitality graduate he should treat the guest with empathy and offer his services because its his job. And he can explain it properly and say sorry is out of my scope and ask help from my manager Also when we check out on oct 13 around 7am theres a front desk who has no energy. We greeted him and I asked for checkout He just pointed the drop off keys and has this DO NOT DISTURB ME attitude while we are waiting at the lobby with my partner he loudly said Hey are you guest here ??!! With a condescending tone, he taught my partner was an outsider… We just greeted him 5minutes ago that how snobbish he is he didn’t even remember my partner… Regardless the two women front desk TAYLOR and TATIANA are kind and warm unlike the two FO .

GGeorgiy TVery good location. Fisherman wharf is 2 steps away with all its places. Very expensive parking - $75 per day for valet (only one option), in-n-out. The car is delivered quite fast, but both time I asked for it it was not within promised 10 minutes. Resort fee (there is a resort fee, pay attention while booking) includes $15 per day restaurant credit, coffee on the morning and free marshmallows in the evening (they have nice fireplaces in the courtyard, but pretty busy). Water refill station also present. Room (junior suit) was quite spacious. It was clean, only bathroom had small ”issues”. Safe and fridge in the room were very handy. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a guard in the evening in front of the main door - nice option for San Francisco.

XXiaoershangdasanC'était très courant. Lorsque j'ai réservé un hôtel via Ctrip, j'ai été informé que la réservation avait été annulée. Nous allons au restaurant à côté et cela coûte plus de 20 dollars américains par portion. Plus tard, nous avons déménagé au parc 55 Hilton à côté. L'environnement et le confort n'étaient pas terribles du tout. Sans comparaison, il n'y aurait pas de mal. Le seul point positif c'est que ce n'est pas trop loin pour aller à l'exposition et on peut s'y rendre à pied.

IInvitéAll of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception. The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities. And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour. But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use. And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom. Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym. Yes that's right, in the actual gym. Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location. Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm. The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then. It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day. On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the trip. We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early. We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill. We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling. And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short? Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short?? A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.
