IInvitéI booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market.
The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working.
Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided.
The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day.
The bar was closed for lunch during my stay.
They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests.
The gym was well equipped.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience.
I would consider and return.

Le tube n'a pas été correctement évacué, le miroir de maquillage a été bouché, le couvercle avait un trou, et la chambre semblait juste fatiguée. Il avait besoin d'une chaise. A part le lit, il n'y avait pas de place pour s'asseoir. Je pense qu'il y a un hôtel qui a besoin d'un refroidisseur.

RRickAh, Baltimore, a city of rich history and eclectic charm. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of a stay at the Hotel Ulysses, a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of this vibrant city. True to the reputation of the New York-based design firm, Ash, the Ulysses is nothing short of an architectural marvel.
The first thing that catches your eye? The hotel's impeccable aesthetic. It's a masterful blend of old-world charm and modern design, encapsulating the very essence of Baltimore's diverse character. While the rooms might have been a tad on the cozier side, they more than made up for it with their plush comfort and attention to detail. The Ulysses truly exemplifies the notion that beauty lies in the details, and the meticulousness with which they've curated every aspect of the guest experience speaks volumes.
The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk.
A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out.
Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember.
In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

IInvitéL'hôtel Indigo à Baltimore est un hôtel qui offre confort, accès à des restaurants de qualité qui représentent différentes cuisines, et service à la clientèle avec personnalité et un sourire. Le menu de la nourriture est suffisant et les bars sont bien versés pour créer tout ce que vous pourrez adoré. Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, et il est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville.

IInvitéL'hôtel est tout près du port, à environ 10 minutes à pied. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, avec du pain, des œufs au plat et des gaufres maison. Du café et de l'eau chaude sont disponibles 24h/24 au rez-de-chaussée.

TTracie WestLe personnel de l'hôtel est exceptionnellement gentil du bureau frontal au personnel de nettoyage. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec une machine à waffles, œufs, sauce, oatmeal jummi avec une grande variété d'additifs. Le compote de bœuf et les pecans candide étaient mes préférés. La chambre est spacieuse et propre avec des lits et des culottes confortables. En général, je recommande. C'est un grand prix pour le service.

IInvitéIl était à la recherche d'un hôtel près de la comédie et bas et regarde qu'il était dans le même hôtel. Alors il a travaillé très bien pour nous après avoir check-in, a dîné, est revenu relaxé pendant 45 minutes. Nous avons eu des coupons gratuits pour le petit déjeuner mais nous avons décidé de rentrer sur notre chemin de retour à Richmond.
