IInvitéL'hôtel Read Hotel est un beau hôtel historique. Le lobby est classique et notre chambre Manor a été bien désignée. Nous avons toutefois rencontré deux problèmes. Le bureau principal était très court avec nous au check-in et semblait annoncé de répondre à nos questions sur le parking valet. Mais surtout, notre chambre était si bruyante à la nuit. Les murs sont en papier mince et nous avons entendu toutes les conversations dans la chambre voisine. Nous avons aussi fermé les portes de notre hall avec un bruit fort chaque fois qu'un invité ferme leur porte. C'était l'une des pires nuits de sommeil que nous avons rencontrées dans un hôtel. À l'excursion, le clérigé ne nous a pas accueillis, sauf nous demander si nous voulions que notre réception soit imprimée ou e-mailée. Nous avons choisi de ne pas lui plaindre au check-out, car elle ne semblait pas préoccupée par nous en tant qu'invités.

IInvitéLe lit n'était pas propre. Il y avait des cheveux et des effondres sur les feuilles! Le bureau frontal était très gentil et nous a apporté quelques feuilles. Elle a dit qu'elle était la seule à l'hôtel, de sorte qu'elle ne pouvait envoyer personne pour changer les feuilles pour nous, donc nous avons dû changer notre propre lit!
A 10 h, après avoir été au lit, nous avons commencé à entendre quelqu'un qui courait et sautait dans la chambre au-dessus de nous. Le bureau a dit qu'elle s'en occuperait et que le bruit s'arrêtait après quelques minutes.

JJourney Miles Away 4This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

IInvitéWould have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞
But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍
We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

IInvitéThe room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel est plus ancien, surtout dans le quartier général, il a un goût humide et je ne me sens pas propre. Mais il est très bien situé, le parking est grand, la chambre est grande, le service est bon, le petit déjeuner est bon, parce que je suis familiarisé, je vis ici plusieurs fois. Un hôtel de la ville de Wahao, à côté, a été hébergé, bien que luxueux, la chambre est petite, il a également signalé deux alertes de feu à minuit, le prix est trop bas et l'expérience est trop mauvaise. Alors, vous habitez souvent cette maison.

IInvitéI thought the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The check in and out was super quick and easy. The breakfast was minimal, but good. They have a waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice. We were happy with it! And we swam in the pool which was small, but nice! It was a good location- about 10 minutes from downtown and easy to get on and off the highway from. I will say the hotel is a little run-down looking, especially our carpet in our room, but it was ok! The TV worked and had enough channels and the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was worth it, I'd say!

MMary HightowerNous avons visité le week-end de Valentine, a été en mesure de check-in à 2h. Chambre propre et agréable. Douche était étonnante et propre. Seule la plainte est que nous aurions pu utiliser 4 pillows au lieu de 3.
