after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

Nous avons été accueillis et approvisionnements en eau. Nous avions réservé deux chambres et nous avons été dits si nous voulions être proches, nous devrions attendre qu'une chambre soit nettoyée. Nous avons dû nous rapprocher pour le concert que nous avions reçu, et nous avons tous entrer dans une des chambres réservées pour être prêts, car la chambre n'était pas prête pour nous. Je ne trouve pas ce service à la clientèle, car nous avons réservé les chambres dans la même réservation, de sorte qu'ils savaient que deux chambres étaient nécessaires et qu'ils auraient dû être prêts à cet effet à l'heure de check-in notée à 14 heures. À 4 h 30, la deuxième chambre n'était pas encore prête, il n'a été utilisé qu'après le concert (12 h 30).

This is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot. Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart. Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor. My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

Courteous and friendly staff, clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable, they will work with you to schedule pick and drop off based on your flight timing. Hotel wifi can be a bit choppy, but room has iron, microwave, small fridge, hair dryer. Dont expect a lot from breakfast, it's only basic with coffee, tea, bagels, pancake. Overall for me, it was a pleasant, affordable and comfortable 3 night stay.

Nothing special, just a clean room in a good location to the airport. Nothing to do with kids, but no complaint. We just needed two beds... FREE airport shuttle is plus

Pour le prix payé, il vaut la peine. Tiens et obtenez une chambre au 3ème ou 4ème étage pour plus de confidentialité et une chambre plus propre. La zone n'est pas mauvaise et est convenablement située juste à côté de la sortie de l'autoroute pour un accès rapide à la ville.

La chambre était propre, pas de bugs ou de problèmes majeurs que je vérifie habituellement lors de mon voyage. Suggestion to have your confirmation check in documents ready it will make it a lot smoother. Other than that, good experience overall
