GGuest UserL'une des plus grandes chambres dans lesquelles j'ai jamais séjourné en tant que voyageur seul ! La chambre est assez spacieuse avec un canapé et un bureau en plus de l'essentiel. La salle de bain était vraiment grande aussi ! La salle de sport était bien équipée avec différentes machines. Je le recommanderais.

IInvitéGreat location by the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Pikes Place Place Market which is very cool. Get there early to avoid huge crowds.
The rooms are smaller than you may think. Pictures do not show how small the room really is but it was fine for a couple days when we spent most of the time in the city. Breakfast with unlimited specialty coffee drinks was great.
Would definitely recommend this for short visits or before a cruise.

IInvitéThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

IInvitéThe hotel is a descent budget hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Its location is superior as it is only 5 minutes walk from the Westlake Station and in walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Needle and so on. It is also convenient to travel to other attractions by the city public buses, the King County Metro. For budget travellers like us, it is really value for money.
The hotel is clean and safe with friendly staff and owner. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise and bonus to begin a day in a hectic schedule. The new owner has put in a lot of effort to improve its services.

IInvitéJ'ai vécu au Motif pendant 3 nuits et à l'Executive Pacific (EP) pendant 1 nuit. L'EP est plutôt bien : l'ascenseur est sécurisé, il faut une carte à puce pour monter, tandis que le Motif permet à chacun d'y monter. 2 bouteilles d'eau gratuites, accès Wi-Fi facile. Tenez compte des prix, l'EP est bien. Et c'est propre.

Le Bad: L'emplacement laisse beaucoup à désirer, beaucoup de gens se battent et menacent de sortir. C'est terrible pour mes enfants qui peuvent être techniquement adultes mais encore sur le côté plus jeune.
Le grue : Nous avons eu un petit incident où mon partenaire, qui n'est pas techniquement conscient, a acheté accidentellement un film sur le compte du propriétaire. Lire d'autres commentaires dans airbnb ne nous permet pas de voir ce n'est pas le premier incident avec lui qui n'est pas le plus agréable. Nous avons payé quelques milliers de dollars pour ce séjour, 5 dollars supplémentaires n'est pas quelque chose que nous voulons égarer.
