La position de l'hôtel est excellente, à cinq ou six minutes à pied du centre de l'exposition, il y a un restaurant italien en bas, un sous-marin et un magasin confortable à l'autre côté de la rue. Il n'est pas loin de la ville chinoise, il y a environ 15 minutes à pied. Je suis particulièrement loué que l'hôtel puisse parker pour le char et le parking. Il est très pratique. La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais globalement, elle est très bonne.

Très bel emplacement mais cher pour la qualité de l’hôtel. Supplément astronomique pour avoir une vue sympa. Breakfast : en fait un ticket à déduire du prix du petit déjeuner au bar

We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

La principale raison de ma réservation d'un hôtel près de l'aéroport n'était pas de prendre un vol l'après-midi du lendemain, car loger en centre-ville me le permettrait. Le principal critère était le parking gratuit, et celui-ci était suffisamment grand. Les autres installations et l'environnement étaient corrects, et j'ai même vu les horaires de la navette aéroport dans le hall, ce que j'ai trouvé très pratique pour les voyageurs se rendant à l'aéroport. L'hôtel se situe à environ 25 kilomètres des principaux sites touristiques, soit une heure de route aux heures de pointe et une demi-heure en dehors de ces heures. Le parking des hôtels proches des attractions touristiques coûte entre 6 et 70 dollars, à vous de choisir en fonction de votre budget. Même si cela vous fera perdre beaucoup de temps si vous prévoyez de faire du tourisme, c'est environ deux fois moins cher qu'un hôtel comparable en ville.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il est situé en face du Millennium Park et à quelques pas de Michigan Avenue. Il n'est pas non plus loin de la station de métro. Merci au beau mec de la réception de m'avoir surclassé dans une chambre avec vue car j'ai une carte de membre.

Pas mal du tout, service moyen, l'emplacement n'est pas mal, agréable près de Chinatown et du Star Bucks Coffee à côté. Nous sommes partis trop tard, c'est notre propre erreur, mais pas de pitié, ils n'étaient pas complets, pourtant ils ont facturé le plein tarif. L'employé a fait de son mieux mais la propriétaire était raide. Pour le reste, un bon séjour.

One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
