예정에 없던 하루를 더 연장할정도로 만족했습니다. 한국 가족 단위 방문객들은 분명 만족하실 겁니다. 시설, 청결, 구조, 수영장(유료), 퇴실전후 짐보관 서비스(호스트 문의) 모두 만족합니다. 굳이 아쉬운점을 뽑자면 위치가 애매합니다 하지만 그랩 배달 그랩 탑승으로 문제 없습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다!!!

Superbe hôtel Tout, vraiment au top, en plus on a été surclassé gratuitement. La vue sur la baie est à couper le souffle. Spa: une des masseuses était vraiment au top mais l'autre a massé ma femme que d'une main et scrollait sur son téléphone de l'autre...

L'atmosphère 5 étoiles se ressent dès l'arrivée grâce à l'excellent accueil du personnel, tant à l'accueil qu'à la réception. Très aimables, tous les employés rencontrés parlent anglais, la communication était donc excellente. Nous y avons passé 5 jours et le petit-déjeuner était excellent : un buffet de taille moyenne, mais avec l'essentiel pour un choix occidental ou oriental. Les chambres étaient propres, même si un peu plus d'attention serait nécessaire. La climatisation était présente et fonctionnait bien, même si elle restait à une température fixe de 21 °C. Les restaurants étaient bons, avec une cuisine soignée et des cocktails moyens. J'ai apprécié la piscine et la salle de sport, qui ne sont pas très grandes mais propres, organisées et fonctionnelles. Bien qu'un peu éloigné du centre-ville animé (un avantage pour le bruit, mais un peu gênant pour se déplacer), je le recommande.

Un très bon hôtel propre la chambre est spacieuse et bien équipé. La piscine au 25ème étage avec une très belle vue sur le bey d’halong. Nous avons apprécié aussi les personnels sont accueillants et souriants. Le seul point à améliorer le restaurant ne propose pas de la viande halal. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un excellent séjour et ça vaut le coup d’essayer.

Magnifique hôtel avec un personnel au petit soins. Il n’y avait presque personne dans les piscine ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable et le restaurant italien était plutôt bon.

Initially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby casino, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here

C'est génial et agréable d'y rester. Cela vaut la peine d'essayer et de profiter du séjour en chambre.

Nous y sommes allés hors saison, en février, et nous avions l'impression d'être les seuls à l'hôtel. Le personnel était peu nombreux et jeune, donc le service était correct, mais vu le peu de monde, nous avons dû chercher du personnel pour la nourriture et les boissons.

Le personnel était accueillant et aimable. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais nous étions les seuls clients de l'hôtel, qui était entièrement vide. Nous avons donc dû nous rendre en centre-ville pour faire quelques achats.

Bel hôtel proche de la plage. Il y a un jacuzzi et le séjour était absolument incroyable. Le personnel était super serviable et sympathique. Je ne pouvais pas croire que c'était si bon marché et si luxueux
