Fantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

C'était sur une colline, donc la vue était belle. Il faisait froid pour emmener les enfants dans l'eau, mais les enfants se sont bien amusés car c'était une piscine chauffée. (La piscine chauffée est la meilleure !!) Je ne l'ai pas fait. Je n'ai vu aucun insecte et le personnel était sympathique. J'ai vérifié et posé mes bagages. J'y suis allé et j'étais reconnaissant qu'ils aient tout !

No lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

On dit qu’il était utilisé comme palais par les nobles pendant la période coloniale française. Les antiquités sont si jolies et luxueuses car elles ont 100 ans. L'endroit pour boire le thé de l'après-midi et prendre le petit-déjeuner était très joli et le thé était particulièrement délicieux, alors je l'ai acheté. Cependant, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (veuillez emporter tous vos bagages avec vous) et les toilettes, etc., semblent très vieilles. Le plafond de la pièce est haut donc on a l'impression un peu vide, mais on voit le lac juste en face et c'est super pour se promener ! Cependant, c'était difficile car le personnel du comptoir et du salon de massage ne parlait pas anglais.

Magnifique hôtel , très central à proximité de toutes les attractions de la ville. Les chambres sont modernes et parfaitement propres. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très fourni. J’ai beaucoup apprécié également le bon pour un massage gratuit de 30 minutes dans le spa de l’hôtel qui m’a été offert à notre arrivée

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un long séjour. J'y ai passé 4 jours et 3 nuits dans une chambre de luxe avec balcon. À mon arrivée, j'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement en suite et j'ai pu m'installer plus tôt. Le personnel est très serviable et aimable. Si je retourne à Dalat, je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel.

Prix ​​raisonnable pour deux lits king-size, une chambre et une salle de bain spacieuses. Le lit était ferme et confortable. Les installations étaient correctes. Peut-être à cause du climat de Dalat, l'hôtel ne semblait pas avoir de climatisation.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
