AWFUL EXPERIENCE The man from the reception has let me in the car park and asked him when I paid what about the parking do I need to log the car in he said no ,no instructions got given either to pay or log the car in he said just get close to barriers and drive out. I had breakfast and when to reception and checked out and asked again the lady whether I need to give you my car details as I’m parked downstairs ,she said no you don’t need to do anything and handed over the room card. When I spoke to this guy called JOY he asked if the girls was English maybe she didn't understand you , it's quite concerning if you have people working in reception and don't understand you the other staff like managers having breakfast and smoking outside letting one non English speaker to look after costumers Under no circumstances I would have driven out Without paying if I was aware of it and I did make sure and asked twice and in both occasions the failed to give me correct information and it's your responsibility to who you employ and why should I have to deal with a parking fine for your incompetence still sending parking reminders ongoing. Awful people.
