Came down from Newcastle for the woman’s FA Cup hotel was right by the stadium great location

Bed sheet had a stain, not sure if it was changed or washed properly. Found short hairs - about 5 on the duvet cover. Had a very busy day so did not bother to call the hotel staff to change the sheets as this was past 1 am. Dusted the sheets and used my shirt to cover the pillow. Needed sleep.

Clean and spacious room. Quick check in check out. My room suddenly out of electricity but the staff responds promptly. The buffet breakfast is good and with enough choice for families. But it takes long time for deposit refund.

前台服務非常周到，當時是一位有口音的女士，非常愉快的入住體驗。來英國旅遊的要注意，當碰到有口音的服務人員，你的好運來了，有口音的人士往往服務更周到，服務態度更好，也許是外鄉人需要更努力才可以留下吧。 酒店位置好，路過附近無腦訂就好了

酒店位置在巴士站58號很近，去附近的市中心衹需步行10分鐘，步行去Waltamstal Central Station （Victoria）衹需15-20分鐘，算方面，不足是晚上車聲有時頗大聲。
