The Hotel is in walking distance from Leipzig Main Train Station. My Brother and I visited Leipzig with our elderly Father who cannot walk very far anymore. The Standard rooms in the historic Building were lovely, Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant was good, Restaurant and Bar staff very friendly and attentive. The Breakfast Buffet is wonderful. Our problem was that it was not clearly communicated to us that there was no Parking facility at all to Set down a Hotel Guest who cannot walk very well. We were informed that the Hotel had a small private car park but that parking spaces could not be booked in advance. When we turned up the Hotel had no Car parking spots and we could not even set down our Father in front of the Hotel as there is major traffic around the Hotel and no possibility to stop at all. So, we were informed to park at the public Parking facility at the Train Station and to walk over to the Hotel. This is too far distance for anyone who cannot walk very well and with luggage! So, anyone with walking difficulties please note you can NOT park close to the Hotel not even for Drop off.and you can NOT reserve a Hotel Car parking spot. Other then that, the Hotel is fine but we were really annoyed and stressed out by the situation upon our arrival. Reception staff should have informed us better, was also not very helpful with making suggestions for Dinner at local Restaurants.

Good location and quiet room. The receptionist was completely absent when I arrived. She couldn't find tmy reservation, but gave me the information of two other people. Then she said that the reservation has been canceled until she finally found there. The hotel's services were very limited and in the evenings you could only get heated ready meals like pizza from freezer. The room is really warm and the bed had plastic under sheets, which made sleeping really sweaty.

Firstly, the hotel is located by a really nice building of central railway station, so was pleasure to see it from our balcony. Getting to the city center is 5 minutes by walk. We really appreciate the kindness of the staff at the reception, during breakfasts and, last but not least, the approach of the bar manager, who was so helpful & fantastic! There are possibilities to park your car in the hotel or at other 2 places which are 2 minutes by walk.

wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und aussagekräftig zu unseren Fragen. Das Hotel ist sehr Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Es sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten per Fuß erreichbar. Super war das Frühstück, sehr reichlich. Auch zu empfehlen das Schnitzel im Restaurant.

Das Hotel liegt top zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer lag im oberen Stockwerk, zur Straße. Es gibt eine Jalousie und Vorhänge, fanden wir sehr gut und mit Ohropax hat uns die Straße nicht gestört. Zimmer war gemütlich und Bett war auch gut und es war auch nicht kalt. In der Bar hatten wir einen sehr freundlichen Barkeeper, die Cocktails waren hervorragend, man hat angenehm gesessen. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Beim Frühstück wurden wir weniger wahrgenommen, hat uns auch keiner was gefragt oder beim Tisch abgeräumt. Ein junger Angestellter, der aus der Küche kam, hat freundlich gegrüsst. Das Frühstück im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotel‘s war eher durchschnittlich, da haben wir schon andere Frühstücksbuffet‘s gesehen. Brot u Brötchen nicht der Hit, Wurst und Käse Auswahl war ok, aber keine 4 Sterne. Aber es gab Schaumküsse zu Frühstück, das war mal was anderes, fanden wir als Abwechslung gut. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen, vielleicht buchen wir es auch mal wieder.

Top Hotel in Leipziger Innenstadt. Überaus nettes Personal kennzeichnet dieses Lokal! Die Zimmer haben eine besondere Atmosphäre,. Frühstück sehr gut und auch die Bar wusste zu gefallen! Wir kommen wieder!

Vom Empfang bis zum Check out hat alles reibungslos geklappt und der nette zuvorkommende Service an Rezeption, Bar und Frühstücksbereich war toll. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und vernünftig groß, mir fehlt aber Wasserkocher oder Kaffeekapselmaschiene und Minibar. Die Tiefgarage zu 18 Euro pro Nacht war nur mit angehaltenem Atem zu befahren und eine echte Herausforderung für den großen 13jährigen Benz meiner Eltern. Bei einem Notfall war uns die nette Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption eine Riesige Hilfe, hierfür noch mal ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Marienbad nach Berlin 2 Nächte im Hotel. Gebucht hatten wir ein DZ mit Frühstück und haben 180 € gezahlt. Die Lage am Bahnhof war gewollt gewählt, da wir das dortige Parkhaus (7 €/Tag) genutzt haben. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad haben uns gut gefallen. Die Damen an der Rezeption und im Service waren allesamt sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Angebot zum Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Leider hat mich das Brotangebot enttäuscht. Beide Laibe waren sehr trocken und ich brauchte viel Butter und Belag, um es zu essen und die Brötchen sind eher was für einen kleinen Snack. Vielleicht waren wir aber auch von dem Marienbader Hotel verwöhnt, in dem das Brot jeden Morgen frisch gebacken wurde. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden da Hotel wieder buchen.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und jeder der die Hotelkette Victor's kennt, weiß dass einen ein tolles Hotel erwartet. Auch diesmal sind wir nicht enttäuscht worden. Saubere und moderne Zimmer, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Allerdings ist die Tiefgarage eine echte Herausforderung. Wir haben einen Volvo S60 und die Ausfahrt war wirklich sehr knifflig, da es sehr eng ist. Vor uns war ein Kombi und der hatte knapp 10 Minuten benötigt um unfallfrei rauszufahren. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir diese nicht mehr nutzen. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.
