Hôtels proches de Kawi-Kids, Leipzig

I love Motel One. Normally. But this particularly premise won‘t be my first choice next time. The gentleman, who checked me in, was kind of distant, hardly polite. They still have time slots for breakfast, full hour only, which, he explained, is due to the fact that they have more rooms than space. However, they do have a quite nice bar on the 8th floor, in addition to the much less charming „lounge“ for breakfast in the 7th floor. Why don‘t they use both rooms, when they are sold out (e,g,during the book fair)? The hotel is also extremely noisy in terms of road traffic. It is located at a huge intersection, and about 8 (eight!) ultra-noisy tram lines cross on both sides of the hotel. Even on the 4th floor, and with my windows closed, I only finally fell asleep sometime after 1 a.m., when the last tram drove by, and woke up at 5 a.m., when the first tram of the day made itself heard. My request at check-in for a room at the 7th or 8th floor was ignored by the man I mentioned above. He also just gave me a voucher, with which I was sent to the 8th floor to pick up my complimentary bottle of water, while my colleague, who was checked in next to me by a very nice lady, received a bottle right away. I got mine only, when I asked, why I had to go up to the 8th floor, whereas my colleague got her water over the counter. Last but not least I usually use the Motel One stairways instead of the elevator, even if my room is located on the 6th floor or even higher. And especially, if there are only 3 small elevators in a hotel with - allegedly - 150 rooms (the reason given for the breakfast slots). However, in this hotel there are no stairs that get you to the lobby on the ground floor. I was told would have to exit in the Edeka Supermarket next door, go out into the street, and then enter the hotel again. Strange. Anyway, since there are 2 more Motel Ones in Leipzig, which are both great, nice and with a charming staff, I doubt that I will ever pick the „Post“ again.

La location est excellente, à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville. Petit déjeuner est bon marché et avec une sélection surprenant grande. Très bien! Si vous n'avez besoin que d'un endroit pour dormir pendant quelques nuits, cet hôtel est certainement une option!

Séjour de 3 nuits pendant le week-end de l'Ascension. ►Nous avons aimé : • l'emplacement en plein centre à 2 pas de la vieille ville, de la gare centrale et des stations de trams et bus. • Accueil chaleureux et serviable du personnel. • Notre appartement (Premier Studio) est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé et agencé. • Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien fourni et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour commencer une bonne journée. ►Quelques réserves tout de même : Nous avions réservé via Booking.com et le montant total du séjour ne correspond pas du tout à celui facturé par l'hôtel. Raisons : la taxe locale et la TVA de 7% pour le petit-déjeuner ne sont pas incluses dans la confirmation de Booking. Donc, faites très attention aux nombreux frais annexes qui ne sont pas précisés. Et bien vérifier également que les 50€ de dépôt de garantie réclamé lors du check-in soit bien restitué lors du départ. ►► En résumé, un bon rapport qualité de service-confort-prix. Très bel établissement confortable et accueillant que je recommande sans hésiter.

Le centre de Leipzig est situé à proximité de la ville de Leipzig. A quelques minutes de la gare de trains et quelques minutes à pied de la principale zone commerciale, ainsi qu'une grande sélection de bars et restaurants. Bien que nous n'ayons pas eu le petit déjeuner, il a l'air très bien.

Belle chambre avec simple équipement mais grande et propre. Petit déjeuner minimaliste mais suffisant pour le prix. Il n'y a pas assez de brosser. La télévision devait se connecter à l'internet, donc seulement 2 chaînes parce que la connexion n'a pas réussi. Très bruyant dans la maison, car l'auberge de jeunesse. Le masque ne sera pas mis en œuvre, cela nous a perturbés massivement.

Nous sommes arrivés en retard pour causer un détournement déplorable et une grande mensonge de la part de l'accompagnante de groupe au propriétaire de l'hôtel. La vérité cruelle et l'admission par l'assistant de son incompétence... Malgré tout, le titulaire a été très gentil, à mon avis, ainsi que la famille et la direction de la ville. J'ai eu du déjeuner allemand (comme quelques-uns) et varié, chambre spacieuse et fraîche. Petit déjeuner superlatif. Si je rentre, je choisirais encore cet hôtel. L'hôtel est à côté de la gare, très confortable avec des boutiques et des restaurants à l'intérieur de la gare. Le processus d'entrée était lent, même si j'ai terminé mon entrée en ligne un jour à l'avance en utilisant le lien fourni, le personnel a eu un peu de temps difficile à localiser ma réservation. La chambre est confortable, la douche est forte, le wifi est bon et le petit déjeuner est décent pour un hôtel budget.

This very sad hotel stuck in the 90’s was very disappointing . The hotel staff were friendly, but one couldn’t tell the staff from guests apart, because they didn’t wear a uniform or have name badges on. The room was very dark. Dark old rug, very dark wooden closets that were way to large for the room. That dark furniture had seen better days and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom a nightmare. The shower was old and dingy, black spots of mold between the grout. The soap dispenser was over 1 meter away from the sink. Very nerve racking. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. There was almost everything available, but the long lines at the 1 coffee maker wasn’t an ideal situation. After 1 week , I was happy to leave.

Ideal location for a trip to the Porsche factory. Comfy rooms. Great staff. Big selection of food for breakfast Not far from the airport. We used the local buses and trains which were always on time This year we found a countryside walk to the Porsche factory that took just 25 minutes Will return !!

Great value for money. Needed a hotel for a quick stopover along the autobahn and ended up choosing Campanile airport hotel. Really happy with our choice; clean rooms with bunk beds for the kids and a great breakfast for a great price. Convenient parking as well to a subsidized price for hotel guests. Location is a bit off, but if you’re looking for an airport hotel or a hotel along the autobahn look no further. Note that they don’t have a restaurant so make sure you bring food with you, or eat in advance - options at the airport is limited and very expensive.
