Alan the piano player was a most excellent surprise when we checked in late 1 night. We enjoyed the open fire, the nice beer and relaxing to Alans playing after a long day of rain and cold. The rooms in hotel are large, but could do with a brighten up. We only stayed 1 night. We did have a bit of an issue which the staff dealt with speedily and to our satisfaction.

Amazing hotel and I had the most wonderful stay here. The hotel employees are very helpful and caring. The breakfast variety is great, had many options to choose from. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking, overlooking The Valley. They have a golf course joint to the hotel area. And it’s very convenient.

We had a truely wonderful time at the Carrington. The old world charm and character of the well maintained heritage hotel was matched by the friendly and helpfull staff. Dining in the Grand Dining Room was amazing and the meals were excellent. We all had a wonderful time and are planning to make it an annual event.

Le motel lui-même n'était pas bon, mais nous avons été dans notre chambre, et il sentait du moustique et du moustique, et le tapis, les chaises et même les lits se sentaient aussi du moustique. Il y avait de nombreux épidémies et bugs dans la chambre, y compris un dans la douche, et il y avait aussi un certain nombre de sites de poussière qui montrent clairement qu'ils n'ont pas été nettoyés récemment, ou au moins pas complètement. Les lits et les coussins étaient très durs, beaucoup des points de puissance étaient inaccessibles en raison de leur position derrière le lit, et la salle de bain était très petite. Nous avions réservé deux nuits mais nous avons laissé après une, car nous étions si déçus par la propreté de la chambre, surtout en raison de la propagation actuelle du virus.

La location de cet hôtel est vraiment incroyable et les vues sur le balcon et le restaurant sont spectaculaires. Le restaurant est généralement pauvre et ne fait que faire la qualité et le service, mais il manque de tissus et d'entretien, par exemple, des coiffures abondantes dans les plafonds. Les chambres sont fatiguées en raison de la nécessité de reconstruire ou au moins une très bonne propre quand vous regardez attentivement le logement n'est pas jusqu'au portrait standard.

Unfortunately we started off on a bad foot when we had to wait in excess of an hour past our book in time for our room to be ready, then when we did finally get in, the TV remote wouldn't work and to turn it on manually meant it was stuck on one channel with no volume. Went back to reception and swapped batteries which didn't help, then we're told that thier maintenance people wouldn't be back until Monday so nothing they could do. To thier credit they did extend our check out time by an hour and provided breakfast at thier sister property in Katoomba. The property is in need of some TLC and to call them luxury apartments is a bit of a stretch, but they are in good condition overall. To access the studio lofts are up a rather tall flight of stairs that doesn't have a hand rail all the way, and the step treads are rather small (only just over half the length of my foot) which will make it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The room does have a kitchenette, but the only thing to cook with is a microwave, no hot plate or frypan included, so bring plastic wrap, paper towel etc with you, aswell as cutlery as there was only 1 knife, 3 forks and heaps of spoons. Room had a nice gas log fire place though we needed the a/con to help heat the room. Also a super sized 2 person spa that's so deep that if your not particularly tall you'll struggle to get in and out of. The shower is over the spa and with the weird uneven base, it makes it difficult to stand in to shower, aswell as a lack of grab rails anywhere.

Un des rares appartements qui offrent une chambre avec 1 reine et 3 lits pour la famille de 5. La chambre était belle et propre, même avec des lingeaux chauffés pour l'hiver froid.

Très bien, l'environnement est vraiment bien et les chambres sont également très bien. Cependant, sur le chemin des deux gares de Katoomba, les trains Blue Mountain Line ne sont pas fréquents, donc s'il n'y a pas de train, regardez les horaires. Il n'y a pas grand-chose à manger aux alentours, donc le souper et le petit-déjeuner doivent être préparés à l'avance ou penser à une bonne façon. Il existe également plusieurs boutiques de brunch pour le petit-déjeuner dans la ville de Blackheath. Note globale parfaite
