房間和服務都不錯，設施相對比較新，酒店停車場在馬路對面，停車算24小時一天，很划算。

The hotel is really good, we certainly recommend. Very friendly staff (specially at the restaurant), which I have to say it is not usual in CZ. They were very thoughtful leaving us a welcoming note and providing a nice fluffy teddy bear for my son to play during the stay. I have to mention also the free welcome drink, very nice. Comfortable bed an good quality sheets. Full of amenities. Fully automated, both room amenities and check-in and check-out process, which is very interesting and practical. Delicious food at the restaurant with honest prices. Good breakfast.

Prior to booking this establishment from Australia I enquired if they are able to cater for my wife’s dietary requirements to which the reply was favourable resulting in me booking for 6 days On completion of business last evening we attended the in house restaurant for dinner but told it was too busy to cater for our needs. Fair enough I did not make a booking so I enquired if I could order a meal and have it in our room given their are no other dining options in the immediate vicinity, but was told no it’s not possible With this I then asked if I could make a reservation for the next evening but told it was not possible as they did not know how busy they were going to be ? How bizarre? I asked for the duty manager and told her of my concerns and was provided with a Uber eats app / phone number If you are planning on staying at this establishment you are not guaranteed you will get a feed as the restaurant last night only had seating capacity for 44 people hence my 2 star rating

The receptionist Anezka Marie has been very helpful and super nice. The room was clean and perfect, very comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

Never again. They blocked 1000KCS for each person. We spent only one night in this hotel 02.06.2023 and after month we still have blocked 4000KCS on my card. They don't want to send you a confirmation that they unblocked this amount.

I spent one night at this hotel. The ambience was very pleasant. Check in and check out fast and without problems. Some of the rooms here were designed by people connected with art. Mine was called "Heavenly Room" and had the atmosphere of our grandmothers' time. A large armchair with a knitted scarf draped over it was a place I very much liked to sit. The bed was big and comfortable. The surprise was a teddy bear Pytlounek sitting on it. I found out very quickly that this cute teddy bear was available for purchase, so I bought it. It is now sitting on the couch in my living room. At almost every hotel I've been to, they offered something for breakfast that is not common elsewhere. At this hotel, it was excellent warm semolina porridge. The breakfast was excellent, there was a wide selection of everything. I really appreciated the large tea cups.

The stay was absolutely great, check-in was quick, the room was beautiful, the cleaning service during the stay was top notch. The minibar has a great selection and reasonable prices for a hotel. The breakfast was excellent with big selection. But what was a big problem are the TVs in the room. I would not expect a hotel in this price category to have an old TV in the room with only German and 5 Czech channels without the possibility of connecting a phone. I was even more surprised by the receptionist answer that even the highest categories have the same TV, which cost 120+ euro. I would still recommend the hotel, one doesn't just travel to watch TV, but I would like to watch something after long trip to Jested.

super hotel, very pleasant service at the reception and in the restaurant (specifically it was Dominik, we recommend him). We were very satisfied with comfortable atmosphere in a nice, modern hotel. We'll return!

The trams rattle past the hotel from very early morning until late at night. Forgot about opening a window. The shower in the tub has no screen or curtain, which means the bathroom is a swimming pool in no time. The temperature of the water goes non-stop from boiling hot to cold. Very unpleasant. There is nothing within walking distance from the hotel, no restaurant or café. Expensive parking for what you get: an unguarded piece of open land opposite to the hotel. But friendly staff and good breakfast.
